The hotel itself is old and reasonably well-maintained. The breakfast is awesome as we in America aren't used to the full-English breakfast. Wifi is spotty, rooms a bit drafty in winter, ample restaurants nearby. All in all, a very pleasant place to stay. Room tip; try and get a sea view room.

Stayed here for 2 nights over the Christmas holiday. Reserved 2 rooms, both with king size beds, for our family of four. Beds very comfortable. Full English breakfast both mornings was delicious. Staff very friendly. Hotel highly recommended

I had a great time in my cousin's wedding which was held in this hotel. I stayed 2 nights in a double twin bed room with my niece, Abigail. It was antique room needs a little updating but quite comfortable and has character of late 18th Century building. It came with free wifi and breakfast which was convenient. The staff was very helpful. I also used the spa facilities. Dd not have time to use the swimming pool and the gym but will do next time I visit.

I really like Park Farm it is a gorgeous hotel with friendly and helpful staff, their facilities is excellent as well and the room is very comfortable. However it is so far from other places that every time I had to go out I spent approximately twenty to thirty pounds round trip.

The guest house is run by an extremely friendly and helpful couple - nothing is too much trouble. I was made to feel immediately at home. The room was nicely decorated - clean and contemporary. I really could not fault this place - it was amazing value - better than places I have stayed in at three times the price.

"Improved and happy"
I have stayed here on several occasions and on every event, I have been satisfied…bar one where I was extremely disappointed and felt the room was disgusting. However one big error vs the rest of my time happy and satisfied in my book equals… natural, okay and an acceptable human factor.it did not needed to be complained about… I just enjoyed my stay […] and was pleased "in General" with the hotel and the staff, who always tried… especially the the cleaning staff, reception and bar staff…they couldn't do enough … thank you. "hotel not for sleeping"
the hotel was in a bad state of repiar paint in bathroom on toilet and shower cealing was mouldy and missing the bathroom not to clean the linolium floor is bumpy and sealed with a mess of mastic to the wall. the carpet in the sleeping area was not very clean our sheet were just pulled staight as i found my biscuit crumbs still there after the cleaner […] had been. and if that was not bad enoughf it was really noisey all though the night and into the morning both nights untill we checked out.. th eonly good thing was the polite staff at the front desk who probly have constant simlar complaint by the sound of things when I told them about it... highly not recomended I wish I had driven the 50 miles there and back Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
