For the money, this is a good place to stay. I had asked for a non-smoking room due to smoke allergies. The room itself was non-smoking, but was situated between smoking rooms. We ended up with smoke drifting into our room.

The room was fine for my needs. The water did back-up in the shower and would not drain, but the problem was taken care of and fixed after I reported it. The area seemed safe and I would go there again.

I've stayed here a number of times when i travel to Chicago for business. Obviously far away from the city, but it is convenient, plus i have family close by. Downtown Naperville is less than 10 minute drive away. The hotel is clean, and quiet. Breakfast is acceptable, and they have an indoor pool/hot tub. I'll be back!

Although the room was clean and the hotel seemed well-maintained, though a bit worn, my only complaint was the "non-smoking" status. I was in a non-smoking room, but over half the rooms on my floor (including all those between my room and the elevator) were smoking rooms. So when I returned to my room in the evening, the entire floor smelled of cigarette […] smoke, as did my room. It seems it would be better to have a single smoking floor or one side of the building, rather than have the rooms so close to non-smoking rooms. I also have to say, the breakfast selection was pretty lame -- white bread, white bagels, waffle mix, and a few containers of yogurt. Even the juice was empty when I came down at 8:30. Admittedly, this caliber of hotel is a bit lower than I would normally choose, I selected this hotel due to the high ratings from previous guests and the very reasonable rate. Big mistake! Just a few things that made the stay very disappointing: Lobby and front desk area dirty floors. Room floor was dirty and it smelled musty. Wonderful other than the room got so warm when we woke up at 6 am we turned the a/c on. Which considering it was below freezing outside made for a strange situation. But I would much rather cool a room down than try to warm one up.

Stayed here for the proximity to family but would strongly consider a spending more travel time and money for a nicer place. Staff is friendly and we have simple needs so didn't have a lot of interaction with them. However the carpet throughout hotel and room is dingy and in need of replacement; the bathroom, though clean on the surface, needs fresh […] paint; we had a ground level, front of hotel room and, because there was only one curtain, we could never open it for privacy reasons -- how about at least a sheer curtain underneath to let in some light but allow for privacy. Fitness room is VERY small with one elliptical and one treadmill squeezed into a small space -- no weights and no TV so bring your own music/entertainment. The stay in general was good. Easy to find. The hotel was clean, and a good value for the money. The only hang up was I had booked three rooms, and one of the rooms was given to someone else. I had originally booked a king size bed and they did not have another room with a king size bed.

With three bookings, we stayed nine days total while visiting family. The hotel staff were friendly helpful. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. The price was very reasonable. The room had cable, flat screen, microwave, frig. Breakfast was adequate and functional. Convenient location. Would stay again for the price.
