If you're paying more than $140 a night it's not worth it otherwise it will serve your needs. $10 cab ride to telus. Breakfast is decent for being a hot breakfast. To change up the eggs by maybe adding cheese like other BW's wouldn't hurt for the long term quest. All in all it's good but not worth more than $140 a night.

Hotel was very close to public transportation...a big deal if you are attending an event at the Saddle Dome or don't want to drive downtown. The desk manager, Dan, was extremely helpful with providing information and ensuring our stay was as fun and relaxed as it could be. The only real complaint I have about this hotel is that I think the smoking rooms are all on the first floor. I am not a smoker so the very first thing you smell when you walk into the hotel to check in is smoke. It is very gross. There also aren't a lot of restaurants or dining options within walking distance of this hotel.

Service was great, each person of the team friendly and engaed in what they wre doing. The room was clean and the beds among the most comfortable we've experienced. the room was large and having a microwave and empty mini-fridge was a plus for my spouse as she brings and cooks her own food. We both enjoyed the free high speed internet and I enjoyed […] the ample hot and cold selections of the free breakfast each morning. Local newpapers were available if you desired. Close to local eateries, or fast food if you desire. Close to transit hubs, Stampede grounds and downtowm, easy access via a major artery of traffic. Price point was on target for the city and amenities provided. There is a pool which I never used but it looked quite nice and extra towels located close by. TVs were new, and hygenic remotes provided. I really have nothing bad to say. We has a complaint about some noisy kids which was handled quickly by staff. Cleaning staff were respectful and pleasant, I noticed the Inn had received several awards for housekeeping. Free parking too! If you want a place to say that can meet varying needs of varying clients for a reasonable rate then this is the place for you. I've stayed at some expensive hotels ($550/night) and this was a far better experience. We will continue to look at staying with Best Western in our future travels. Read more

Overall was satisfactory. Parking was a bit difficult on arrival. Room temperature was too hot, had to use air conditioning even though it is winter. The decor was a bit tired looking in need of refreshing and updating.

The hotel is situated well anong a major route in the city but the hotel rooms are showing their age and carpets are worn out, a kind of musty smell to the room I stayed in. Front areas were nice and new.

My husband and I always try and stay at Best Westerns, both in Canada and the States. We find they are clean and the beds are the best. This hotel was very expensive for what we got. The rooms were very comfortable. Kings size beds were great to sleep in. The hotel is close to the exposition grounds and saddle dome. Room was very inviting to come back to after a day of walking around at conventions. The pool area was great to relax in while the kids swam.

My son and I recently attened a hockey tournament and stayed at a Best Western. Thestaff was really accomadating and were always asking if we needed anything. They offered information and were very helpful in ensuring we always had a cab available as soon as they saw us coming. Being in a strange city it was nice to have friendly people willing to help. This hotel never disapoints! I love the location because everywhere is a short cab ride away. The Chinook mall is 10 mins away as well which is convienient for shopping! The service is unbeatable, sure the hotel is a little out dated but the service makes you forget that. However, the rooms have no fridge, which sucks.

This hotel is not central! However, it is about 10 minutes walk from a train station and the trains are frequent. Staff were welcoming, pool and whirlpool an unexpected bonus.

This hotel was adequate with no frills. There were a few issures that needed maintaining such as a burnt out light bulb and the shower was very hard to adjust for temperate - almost seemed like the faucet was stripped. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was very nice.
