This hotel is housed in a former convent, and the building is beautiful. There is a lovely courtyard for breakfast (which was great). And the rooms are large, very clean and modern. Also, they rent bikes for a very reasonable rate and it's a great home base for rides in the Dutch countryside. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location is on a quiet, quaint street in this very pretty city. I would definitely stay here again.

The area around and the grounds of the hotel are stunning. It's a bit outside of town, but being there on business, I loved coming back to the hotel and having the quiet, green respite. I missed the restaurant, having been there the two days it was closed, but the Bistro was delicious. The staff were top-notch for service. And the "gift shop"... hard to call it that really... has an amazing wine selection. I felt like I was in a private connoisseur's cellar. Prices were quite good, too. Wish I'd had more room in my suitcase to bring home gourmet oils and various wine finds.

Located in a very nice nature setting. Well appointed but no A/C. Many breakfast choices. One beautiful morning we were having breakfast on the outside terrace enjoying nature's sounds, which were suddenly replaced with the noises of lawnmowers a few feet away; poor timing of the grounds keepers!

There was a terrible smell coming out of the bathroom drains when we arrived and we used numerous amounts of expensive perfume to eradicate it, and then over night it seemed to disappear by the morning, don't know what it was, in saying that the bed was comfortable and the staff were great.

Stayed at this Hotel once before whilst working locally, had a very good stay although this visit I was working in Meppel which is 30 mins away I decided I would rather stay here again... and as a bonus there was an extremely good room rate during my stay :o)

Had a great offer of 3 nights for price of 2. Very polite and helpful staff members. Very clean room and comfortable bed. I cannot fault it in anyway. The location is on the periphery of Zwolle so not ideal for tourists on foot but if you have a car like me, it is perfect when parking is included in price. Free Wifi included was excellent. This last […] two was what made me choose the hotel in the end and I can honestly say, it was great and I will go back again happily anytime. Drivers please becareful on approach to Hotel, there is a kind of passage for bicycles with a waterpit in the middle that cars must not attempt to pass - during daytime it is easy to see but at night time it can be tricky. Drivers need to go around it via a public car park to get to the Hotel safely. Read more

Wij zouden het hotel niet aanraden aan anderen, omdat de taxi eigenlijk het enige middel (buiten een wandeling van een half uur) is om in de binnenstad van Zwolle te komen. Er wordt wel een lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt geserveerd!

Goed hotel, acceptabel geprijsd met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De kamer die wij hadden was schoon, aan de kleine kant, maar wel comfortabel. Ik had problemen met hun WIFI. Lage sterkte op de kamer en ook de inlogprocedure vond ik voor verbetering vatbaar. Dat kan m.i. veel beter. Al met al een prima hotel.

Helaas ging het feest in de IJsselhallen niet door maar hotel was geboekt en moet zeker een heerlijk hotel. Te ver van het centrum maar voor de rest top

En rigtig god oplevelse, især da vi havde hund med, og den var velkommen i restauranten. Værelset var lille, men pænt og rent. God service. Personalet var gode til engelsk, venlige og hjælpsomme. Anbefales bestemt til hundeejere.
