It was very good. I would recommend it, and will plan on staying there next trip through. Staff was excellent, and helpful. The roomss were clean, the bathrooms had the expected shampoo and conditioner. They had a nice indoor poll and excersise room. Overall I was very pleased.

My room's plumbing was poor. The water in the tub and the sinks drained too slowly, to the point that it could be unsanitary. Also, do NOT pull into the parking lot if you're pulling a trailer. The parking lot does NOT stretch all the way around, and there isn't enough room to back out a trailer if the lot is full, which it is for the most part. I recommend parking a rig with trailer across the street at the OfficeMax parking lot, where you have plenty of room to turn around if need be.

We paid for a room with two queen beds and only got one. The door was propped open when we got to our room which made us feel like it was being used already by someone else and it wasn't very clean.

Very expensive rates for the room type we had. Won't stay at this location again. Have stayed at several of this hotel chain but never this expensive. We have always had a suite for a cheaper price. This was just a two double standard room.

We got in at 3am after driving for 6 hours, so I was looking forward to sleep! It is nice that the front doors are locked that late, but we did have to wait a but for someone to come let us in. Quick check in, room was nice and clean. Day shift front desk staff had zero personality - when we brought our key down because it wouldn't open the door she […] informed me that it might have been deactivated already. Problem was that we were still 3 hours from check out! She ran it through and then said, 'Well it works fine here.' It was nice that the breakfast runs later on the weekend - the kids were hungry after swimming so we were able to get a snack. Overall the hotel itself is great, just might want to reinforce to the staff how important they are to the impression (lots of housekeepers talking on cell phones while working, woman doing checkout that didn't talk to customers). We were very pleased with this hotel. It is not fancy nor as up-to-date as some but it was clean and comfortable and had a big room. It would have been nice to have a easy chair in the room, however. This was an excellent value though and we would stay here again.

Very Nice Stay. Staff is excellent. we stay there often because of location to our interests. Breakfast staff excellen, food offerings were OK, not outstanding. Room doors slam shut and woke us up several times otherwise the hotel is quiet and comfortable. Nice place to stay. We will do it again.

All was excellent once we found the motel. The address on Expedia was wrong. It was in a residential area with nearly identical name. The address was 11818 Miami Lane, vs 11818 Miami Street. We thought the room was excellent! We did have a suite though and though the suite was wonderful, the pull out was pretty uncomfortable looking and no one used it. Breakfast was awesome and the staff friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

As we checked in we found NO dresser to put the suitcases on, so the two cases sat on the floor (carpet). The ironing board was missing, so was the chair to use the desk, awkward for a person on a computer. No shower cap. I will advise to re-think this selection. It was a good location. but a bad overnight.

I thought the place was very cute and cozy. Very clean too. However, our reservations said we would have a refrigerator and microwave and neither us nor our friends had one. That was the only thing negative about the place.

Very nice hotel...and right next door to a Culvers!! Rooms were clean. Nice little breakfast that was enjoyable too. Pretty central location. Will definitly come back on my next trip to Omaha.

The staff and breakfast were great! The room and pool were clean, but the kitchen part only had 2 knives and no soap or rags to wash any dishes with. Came across a couple of problems while we were there and staff were MORE than friendly and helpful in getting all well.
