Easy 10 minute walk to the train station or shopping district, 10-15 minutes to the beach. Everything is very close. No complaints about the hotel. Staff were helpful.

Very nice place to stay, quiet and beautiful. Nice apartments with sea view ( such an amazing view ) Would like to came back again and again. Good location, just necessary to rent a car, couse its between Alicante and Benidorm, around 20 km to each sides. Receptionists must be nicer, some of them, specialy guy wasnt nice. Was unhappy about it. Other service was fine and friendly.

v good but make sure you request non smoking if you dont smoke. our room smelt a bit as we were on a smoking floor and so it came through the aircon vents.

Spent two nights. Had a coffee and a hot chocolate each morning. Got two differently prepared hot chocolates. Was not possible to get a coffee at the hotel bar before its opening time of 09:30. Rooms are spacious and clean with wood laminate floors, my room had a balcony with a view to the outdoor pool and tennis court. No in room waterboiler/coffemaker. Bathroom tiling in need of repairs, had wide cracks between walls and floor. Great staff: softer pillow was asked for at night and brought by the receptionist within 5 minutes. Free Wifi throughout the hotel, access code from reception. The hotel has a great location next to a golf course and indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool air quality wasn't great - too much chlorine in the air. Well kept golf premises, tennis court, wellness and beautician on site. Pharmacy, large supermarket and small restaurants within walking distance. Travel to the city center of Alicante with taxi cost between 9 and 10 euro. Recommendable hotel.

10 minute walk from train station with luggage. Convienient to restaurants. Room was small but adequate for one but luggage had to be opened on the bed... to access and set on floor. My room lacked a view and noises could be heard if adjacent were loud. Fair price and the bathroom was well lighted and good sized. Elche is renowned for its magnificent palm forest, the only one of its kind in Europe, comprising over 300,000 century-old trees. These surround and infiltrate the whole city centre, giving it a cool shady feel. The best known area is the Huerto del Cura (The Priest’s Garden), home to the Imperial Palm, a huge seven-stemmed specimen. Muy céntrico, con muchas tiendas cerca, incluso una farmacia que me parece 24h todo el año en la misma calle, con restaurantes y parques llenos de palmeras muy cerca. Personal muy atento y servicial. Si volviese no me importaría repetir. Si vas con coche puedes dejarlo en un parking al lado por un buen precio. Desayuno correcto. Todo muy limpio.
