Poor room service First checked in to room no 9-12 Whole room very dirty. After checked with reception realized the room is not ready yet. So the reception gave us a wrong confirmation. The see through hole in each of door can be taken out easily, which means that everyone can see through the room by just taking out the hole cover. I felt so surprise for this as this shouldn't be happen in an hotel. I hope the management will take concern on this issue.

Overall the staying experiience is pleasant and convenient as it is just 5 minutes walking distance away from the KEA Farm/morning market. One can take a nice drive to the night market as well as Tanah Rata from hotel which is quite a sight. We caught in a traffic jam for more than two hours after we passed T. Rata even the distance left is only 14KM. Only two restaurants there serving lousy foods. The hotel breakfast foods were lousy and cold but expensive. On the second day, the staff didn't make up our room. They only changed the tower for us after our complaint. The Internet service […] was slow that even sending out an email would take you hours. We could not move to other towns the next day because of the traffic jam. the control mode for the ceiling fan in the room cannot be control, for example if we switch to 1 the fan will stop, but if to 2 will be very strong. the room got smoking smell even for non-smoking room that we requested. the pillow very dirty, need to cover with my own towel.

The Good: 1) Registration at the check-in counter was prompt. We arrives around 10am but was told that check-in time would be at 3pm. No rooms were available even though we were willing to pay extra. At 10.30am, we got a call from the FO that the room is ready. Thumbs up! 2) Good spread for breakfast at the Cafe The not so good: 1) Senator Suite was […] booked but we were given a low-floor on the 5th, where to pool was. We would have appreciated a higher floor for privacy since we paid a premium rate for this room. 2) Room was very noisy (water running down the pipes, construction off-site that works even on weekends, noise from the neighboring rooms) 3) Room configuration was uncomfortable 4) Very Dirty carpet 5) We were awoken by an incessant ringing of the door bell at 9am, on the 2nd day. We suspected that it was the housekeeping staff because we saw a vacuum cleaner by the door when we got to it. 6) The room was rather dim and the bed gave us backaches every morning. 7) We had lunch at the Cafe one afternoon. Food was terrible. We ordered Eggs Benedict (poached egg done badly, hollandaise sauce was horrible), BBQ Chicken Wings (chicken meat had a very very strong freezer smell - typical of frozen food but this was terrible!) and wanton soup noodles (soup was leftover from the buffet line at breakfast) Will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone until some renovations are done. I was sitting in the lounge all alone in the evening :) However, it is the most strategically located hotel and if you get a room with a balcony, you get amazing views with clouds surrounding you. 中规中矩的酒店，地理位置相当的好，很容易找到。酒店没有提供毛巾，也没有牙刷牙膏拖鞋，酒店附近步行就可以到达草莓园、蜂蜜园、仙人掌中心以及蝴蝶园。走出酒店左转步行5分钟有一家晶晶火锅西餐店的火锅套餐非常的好，量够足，价够平（RM18/人），推荐！

Tres decu par la Malaisie touristique, bien moins interessante que Thailande, Myanmar, Cambodge, Laos, Vietnam et Indonesie. De kamers zijn weliswaar niet van dezelfde standaard als een KL zakenhotel, maar het hele hotel is aan te bevelen om de typische Cameron Highlands sfeer.Mooi uitzicht over de Highlands uit onze kamer.
