Room and hotel were clean, breakfast food was satisfying. Picked this place due to location near ASU athletic facilities, all within 15-20 min walking distance. Pool towels were rarely in stock even when I asked. Would stay there again.

This hotel is exactly what you would expect for a mid-priced hotel. It was clean, comfortable, with friendly staff, and a decent breakfast. I came here for Spring Training so the location was fantastic as Phoenix Municipal was a 3 min. drive away and after the game you could get to Mill Ave. in 5 min. by taxi. The hotel was quite a surprising find after an unpleasant experience at the Sheraton. Rooms were clean, well stocked and of ample size. Hot breakfast was different each day and the library books for kids who were tired of their electronic games was a hit! This hotel deserves more than 2.5 stars!

The staff at this hotel was extremely accommodating. I booked a room for one night through hotels.com, then decided I needed the room for 2 nights and after talking to the staff, was told to book it through the site again to ensure the cheaper price. We were able to stay in the same room without an issue, but when we asked to have a room with an additional […] sitting area, they happily obliged. I overheard a conversation the front desk clerk had with someone who had confused the hotel with Country Kitchen Restaurant and despite it being extremely funny for me to listen to, she handled it with politeness and poise. The only thing that may be a turn off for some is the gentleman's club right across the street. It didn't bother us - you are a short drive from ASU and Mill. And with the free breakfast (the omelets were really good!), you can't do much better for this price. Read more

We could not have been more pleased with this hotel. We were traveling with 3 young children. There were all sorts of "extras" that you would normally expect only from a high-dollar hotel. There were cookies, popcorn, and coffee available for the guests. There was a fabulous, full breakfast each morning. The lady who prepared the food, Jean, was wonderful! […] The hotel was very clean. While we understood that we were staying at your hotel during the Thanksgiving holiday week, we also paid for that stay. We did not get housekeeping service on Thanksgiving Day for some reason. We were told that the staff only cleaned the rooms for new (incoming) guests on that day and that they went home at 1:30. We certainly understand that the staff […] wanted to get home to spend time with their families; however, we didn't receive the service for which we paid. It seems to me that the housekeeping staff should have been paid time and a half or twice their normal pay to make sure that all of the rooms were cleaned for every guest staying at your hotel (including Thanksgiving Day)--that's the level of service for which we paid. We're still waiting to hear back from the manager on a resolution. This hotel is located within about 2 blocks of the 202 freeway and about a block from a gentlemen's club--not the best area. The daily, fresh breakfast was enjoyable and the overall stay was okay. WE stayed at a Best Western in Albuquerque the day before and the day after this 4 day stay, and it was much more enjoyable--cleaner, more comfortable. Read more

Prioce was right for a one-night stay in the area. Convenient freeway access. Very noisy, as the hotel is directly under the flight path of incoming air traffic to Phoenix airport. Staff while we were there was mostly ASU students who did an exceptional job. They were pleasant and helpful at every turn....even shuttled us to a local restaurant for dinner. Thanks Evan and crew! Breakfast was adequate.

It was perfect. Clean, comfortable, up-to-date room. Staff was very friendly and offered things without having to be asked first. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Walking distance from Sundevil Stadium. Great experience. Definitely will stay here again.

Room smelled like smoke even after maid came. It never really smelled good. The air conditioner was old and loud. It didn't really cool the room very well. It had to be adjusted many times. The pillows were horrible. Housekeeping didn't come till very late. Then they took forever. Elevators only went up a few floors and they were very slow and didnt […] work so well. The pool area was very small and you had to walk outside to get there in the back of the building like you were leavind property. Strange! The front desk clerks were rarely there at counter. The hotel says room service...NO.. You call a service off the property and they can bring you food in an hour for double the price. Read more
