A very quiet hotel, with a good breakfast, and a very friendly and helpful staff. The entrance to the hotel is through one end of a shopping center, which you encounter BEFORE you pass the hotel coming from I-84. So if you aren't aware of this, you must reverse direction, go past the hotel and make a left turn in the entrance to the shopping center […] which is nearest the property. If you choose to stay at the hotel, use Mapquest or a GPS device first to get precise instructions. A lovely hotel! Fast, friendly service as well as nice and clean. Wish we'd had more time to enjoy it, but it was just an overnight stay after a late fligth. The Manchester road system wasn't as clear as it looked on the rental car map, but we used the GPS feature on my husband's phone and located the hotel quickly.

I would have rated it higher but the hotel was a bit run down. It was, however, in a very nice setting. About 4 miles from the airport and convenient to most of Manchester. Pretty good continental breakfast. Microwave and large fridge were an added benefit.

Stayed on 2 different nights. First night - Room was clean and everything was great. Second stay - Room had an old smell (odor) and bathroom floor not clean. There was also a dirty wash cloth left in bathroom. Hotel Staff was very nice.

we picked this hotel for the full breakfast, however our flight out of Manchester was at 7:30am so we needed to leave the hotel by 6am, we were traveling with 2 children, and the breakfast was just being set up, so no breakfast, I was disappointed in that, also the tv had no sleep timer and the alarm clock did not work, thank goodness for my cell phone,, […] I probably will not stay there again next year, we will go to a hotel closer to the airport. The Best Western was your standard hotel with standard amenities although there is an arcade and indoor pool that we never got the chance to use. The grounds are beautiful. We arrived late, about 10:00 PM. Upon checking in we were given a room that was handicapped accessible. Although the room was adequate, we would have preferred a standard room. We have staid at this facility three times in the last nine months. It is the finest facility in the area. The following day we were moved to a standard room.

My wife and I stayed in the hot tub room and we liked it very much. The location and ambiance was very calm and quiet, but literally minutes from the Mall and Manchester. The nearby restruant the Yard was excellent. Our only negative was the bed was very uncomfortable. We'd definately stay there again though.

I loved this hotel & have already booked my reservation for September. The only thing that was under a 5 star rating had to be the party that was happening in the breakfast lounge on Thursday Night. The room was clean and fresh, though oddly the thermostat wouldn't let you go below 74 degrees. The room A/C was also on a motion sensor and would turn off when you left the room, or slept in the room. The breakfast was good, and the game room was a hit with the family.

The hotel is older then it looks in the pictures on hotels.com. There was peeling wall paper in the halls and our bathroom.The beds are very uncomfortable. The hotel put 3inch foam on top of the mattress. We woke up every morning with our backs hurting. Over all the hotel was clean just a bit ran down looking on the 3rd floor! The pool is only 4 feet […] deep and it would have been nicer to have a deeper pool to swim in. The breakfast was good and while stocked. There's not a lot of things to do in the area! Everything was great, except the carpet was in dire need of repair. Granted the first floor is for pets but really, stains, burn marks and faded carpet should be replaced.
