Free shuttle to the hotel from airport. Nice exercise room and pool. Room was very comfortable, staff friendly, and hotel was well-maintained and clean. Shuttle provided by hotel to points of interest and cruiseport. Definite return stay next time catching a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.

This is a woonderful place to stay. The employees were all nice and concerned that our stay was comforable. The only thing that kept this place from getting all 5's was there were dead bugs in the pool.

We went on a Carnival cruise and we stayed the night prior to departure. I called hotel and we waited no more than 10 mins. For pickup to the hotel. The staff was awesome and our room was clean and the beds was comfortable. The next morning we had a wake up call and as promised the van was there to pick us up. The driver was polite and helped us with our luggage. When the cruise was over we was picked up and taken back to the hotel. We waited less than an hour for our room. We had to be back to the airport the following morning and the hotel had us picked up and taken to the airport. To some it up . It was the best deal in town. We look forward to our next stay.

Well initially I really liked the location, close to everything, however they had a water leak, I had no water a few times for several hours, just an unusual issue however I should have been compensated for the inconvenience I would think. First day cleaning the room was done quickly but no towels were left and had to call then wait an hour before ones […] were brought after making two calls one 3 hours before....not sure if a language issue due to cleaning crew not speaking english. Was a great place. Close to everything we needed to do. Will stay there again.
