We were stayong here for a wedding celebration. The food was surprisingly good in the restaurant. I booked a club room and thought as with other "club" rooms at hotels that it would come with amenities associated with that. Good hotel. Price a bit high for what you get + remember in Canada you have to pay for parking wherever you go except for a Mall. Overall good experience! It's in a great spot near a HUGE mall.

This was our first trip to Canada and we were very pleased with the service from your front desk clerk. We checked in late in the evening and your employee was very helpful with information we needed. The hotel itself is very clean and beautiful. The location is a little out of the way but well worth staying in this area of Vancouver.

The room seemed nice and clean, but I noticed the overthrow had burn marks and seemed dirty. The bed was rock hard and the pillows clearly cheap and overstuffed. The parking was cheap and seemed to be pretty safe, locks at midnight and had security or police outside. Overall I would stay again just for the jacuzzi, proximity to air train, and nice hotel staff. The events were nice and were not heard from the upper floors. overall effect of it effects thI've been traveling into Vancouver BC on business for over 20 years and I,ve stayed in many various Hotels arounf the greater Vancouver area depending on where my business apointment take me. This is my first time staying at this particular hotel and overall I would same my experience was positive. I was up graded into […] a suite which was nice, the room was clean and plesantly furnished. Parking is in an attached underground parkade which was apprechiated what with the normal rainy weather and the restaurant was okay. The only thing that detracts from the hotel is that it could use a paint job on all of the trim as it seemed a bit scuffed and nicked. I know it may seem to be a small thing but it does effect the overall impression that the facility give you. Read more

This hotel does not have Wi-Fi in the actual rooms. You have to go to the lobby or restaurant to use it. Had a few issues with the TV remote and office chair in the room. This is my first visit to vancouver. The hotel is located at the heart of Koreatown in Coquitlam. For newly arrived Koreans, this hotel should be good choice. Except for convenient location for Koreans, I don't see any merits. The biggest problem I had was that front desk staffs are very unfriendly. They will never say hello to you. On the whole the hotel was very good. Thye room and the hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast offered in the dining room was very good. The only complaint was that the air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy and I was unable to leave the air conditioner on for any length of time.

I have stayed at this hotel before, but not again. The card key access to my room worked about 50% of the time, the jacuzzi tub motore kept coming on all night (for no reason), the Internet was up and then down (and no in room wireless Internet), the curtains in the room were full of dust, the toilet did not flush.

The check in process was pretty routine, nothing special but standard. The problem, I faced was when I returned to the room after checking in earlier, I noticed my bathroom light fixture was not working properly. It was flickering and the light was at about a 25 percent brightness. His solution was to fix it in the morning, even though I explained that I was checking out in the morning. I asked him if he had another room...he said, "no" not on that floor...okay... I said what about on other floors...hmmm...he said he would try to replace the bulb...in the meantime, I tried to have a shower in the bathroom, but couldn't see a thing and out of respect for other guest in my room, I wanted the bathroom door shut, when I was using the bathroom...go figure...anyway he eventually called back and moved us to another room on another floor...in the end,the price was right....and the service side of things did work out...but it took convincing the front desk that I should be able to see what I am doing in the bathroom...and that light fixtures should be working in the bathroom.... Loved the hotel, staff, and proximity to skytrain and stores. Avoided using our car to wander through Vancouver. The cleanliness of the room we stayed in was very dissapointing. There was a large and sticky stain on the carpet and the house keeping staff did not in the least feel as if anything had to be done to clean it up. The bath tub was unappealing due to dark stains on th bottom. Conveniently located, close to skytrain, 45 min to Canada place. Nice and clean. Free parking. Big comfotable beds. Friendly stuff. But pricy Internet connection, no wireless available. Fake fire alarm went off in the middle of one night. Korean shops all around and some questionable people on the street .
