Our biggest objection was the fitted bottom sheets the elastic was "shot" and the bottom sheet kept coming off on both the beds in the night. We pick hotels that have fitted bottom sheets because they stay on and then we were disappointed that this one didn't because the elastic was worn out. They need to throw those sheets out and get new ones. So […] very disappointed in the sheets.Otherwise good except the oatmeal which I always eat for breakfast was watery and there wasn't that much variety for breakfast as I eat certain foods but I can usually find them on their breakfast buffet. I dont know if this buuilding is new, but it sure seems brand new! Excellent condition, friendly staff, sparkling with cleanliness. Beds were modern appearing, not dated in the least. Comfortable too. Nice bathroom set up and spacious. The breakfast was extensive with waffle station, cereal options, parfait, yogurts, juices, toasts, croissant, cereal, […] candian bacon, eggs, english muffins, oatmeal etc The pool wasnt huge, but met our needs for our 4 and 6 yr olds to swim while we watched in adjoining hot tub. The complimentary breakfast offered surprisingly had a nice variety of hot foods along with the standard cold fare. Even towards the end of service the staff kept all the offerings full so we felt as though we didn't miss out by coming later.

A great place to stay. Staff was wonderful. They wanted to replace the wallpaper outside the door of our room and asked us to move to another room and upgraded us to a suite when we moved. Very close to many places to eat and shopping. Easy freeway access. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice. Rooms spacious and clean. Lots of restaurants near the area. Didn't use the pool, so cannot comment on that. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. My huge complaint (which is not the hotel's fault) was the expressway noise in our room. The room numbers on the floors go from 100, 200, 300, 400 etc, and end around 130, 230, 330, […] 430. We stayed in a room in the 30's and let me say, I didn't get any sleep. It sounded like a semi-truck was driving through our hotel room all day and night. I had to sleep on the sofa to get any rest. Only other complaint we have would be that when the person in the hotel room above you turns on their water in the shower/bath, it was so loud it woke us up in the morning. It actually scared me off of the sofa. Overall, the hotel was clean and in good condition, but the things I listed above would make choose another hotel next time. Read more

I booked a one-bedroom suite (a living area with a couch and a two-queen room) for my family of four just seven days beforehand and was told upon check-in that the third floor, where the suite was located, was being remodeled. I was offered to look and see if I thought we could still stay there, and the hallway was littered with pieces of torn wallpaper, […] there was a strong paint smell. and workers were drilling and sanding. We were offered two adjoining rooms for the same rate, since that was the only suite. The two rooms we were given were warm, despite it being very cold outside. We were unable to control the air/blower (it would turn on for a few minutes, then off). There was a bag of garbage left in the room from the previous tenants that housekeeping had neglected to remove. We were really disappointed. Two adjoining rooms was not the same as the two-room suite, since we wanted a living area for the rest of the family. Read more

we stayed for one night while skiing in nearby Wilmot. would definitely recommend. Very clean and spacious rooms, was surprised at how nice they were for the price. Pool and jacuzzi was a great plus after cold day of skiing. Lovely buffet breakfast in the morning.

I would ask not to have a room so near the lobby next time as there were people yelling in the pool at 6:30 a.m. and loud drunk people in the lobby and on the porch (heard clearly in my room) multiple times between 1:00 and 3:30 a.m. When I called the front desk, the people did quiet down but I did not want to call every time someone woke me up.

The hotel was easy to find, right on I-94, but unfortunately the roadway construction currently going on forced me to miss the exit. (Obviously this problem will go away.) hotel was clean hot tub was out of service christmas day and following morning. the reason we stayed there was because we wanted to use hot tub. we stayed for two nights so we had two free breakfasts no eggs or sausage we had to wait ten minutes for them to bring more out by then there was a line waiting.

There were 4 of us there on a ladies shopping weekend. Hotel was close to Prairie Outlet Mall and several larger stores (Penneys, Kohls, Target to name a few), The breakfast was wonderful, the pool was wonderful - we were the only ones using it so all the better. Country Suites was true to its name. The homey design and quiet, hospitable atmosphere set it apart from dormitory style hotels. The hearty complimentary breakfast was an unexpected treat. Most hotels offer individual sized boxed cereal and call it breakfast.
