I arrived in Atlanta late and unfamiliar w/ the area. Good value for money, which is what I wanted for a late-in, early-out stay. Only significant problem was that neither toaster worked in the 'free breakfast' room. For such a low price, I was surprised at how many nice, more-upscale touches the room contained.

Hotel was close to Airport. I arrived at 3AM, so the shuttle bus was not running (2 AM to 4:30 AM not running). Room was OK. The jets fly directly overhead, so good luck sleeping in past 7AM. Continential Breakfast was very limited. Price was good though.

Like the rest of the other comments, the aircraft do fly pretty close to the hotel but it didn't bother us that much. Our grandkids got a big kick out of it. The hotel staff were great and very cooperative with us. For being this close to the airport, the neighborhood was fine, felt very safe while taking the dog for a walk. The breakfast was so-so […] and our room need some maintenance but nothing that needed immediate attention. Had clean sheets and pillowcases, couldn’t ask much more for the price we paid. Read more

When I first arrived, there were two ambulances leaving - still unknown as to why they were there. There was a snack machine in the lobby; the soda machine I was looking for was located behind the lobby in a dimly lit alley. When I got to my room the door had a clearly visible gap the entire way around the frame; there was a dirty washcolth hanging […] on the shower rod; and the toilet was sitting on a platform and when used, it rocked back and forth. Its what I imagine a creepy Bates Motel like movie would be filmed in. I was woken up by what sounded like a 747 coming through my door every 30 minutes, beginning at 0530 - and yes, I know this is a price you pay for staying near an airport. We went to Atlanta to attend the college basketball final four so we didn't plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel. This wasn't a bad place for this at all. The room was a little old fashioned. It was a very safe location, where i've read other hotels being in bad sections of town, this has no issues in this area. The shuttle to the Marta rail […] line is very convenient and made getting around the city very easy. The only issue is that the location near the airport should be titled at the very end of the runway. Its very difficult to sleep when every 2-3 minutes an airplane flys directly overhead and lands on the runway strip that is not far across the street. Especially once 6:00 am comes around there seems to be heavy airplane landing traffic that makes it very difficult to sleep. If you want easy transportation and don't mind the consistent roar of planes descending directly overhead than this is a great place to stay. Read more

We stayed as a result of a 12 hour layover. The airport is closeby and they do provide a free shuttle. The room was moldy which is pretty gross. I have seen someone comment on the breakfast and its true there's not much to choose from but it's enough to get by. I wouldnt suggest this as a place to stay more than 1 night though.

This is the worst hotel i ever stayed. They mentioned it as Queen size double bed but not even 2 lean persons can fit in that bed which is jumoy and old. i felt i stayed in a RV to rest my night after a long drive.

There isn't much to this hotel. It was not quite what I expected for a Days Inn. It looks more like a converted Motel 6 with all of the original early 80's furniture and sheets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was the right price and it gave me a place to stay.

For the most part this hotel offered great service. The express breakfast is a little ridiculous in my opinion as most hotels simply love the idea of marketing that they offer breakfast. This consisted of cold English muffins, cold pre-made waffles with a toaster next to them that didn't work, a microwave that tripped the breaker several times while […] I was trying to get food prepared and 4 thermos type coffee containers that were pretty empty within 20 minutes of their great breakfast. Unfortunately due to the extent of my travels I pride accurate reviews on Hotels for other professionals traveling. It is very concerning to me that hotels market these services and when you arrive to utilize those services you see that they are completely amplified in their marketing. This being a prime example.. Not to mention the hotel has tv's that were probably 10-15 years old, the old CRT style. This also proves they cut corners, it would not be a large investment to ensure you are up to date especially considering the size of the city it is located in. Despite my details above my overnight stay was actually well and the customer service was great. Once again I simply detail my reviews so that other travelers are well prepared for what to expect despite what is marleted by the Hotel. Read more

I was in town for the Atlanta Pet Fair that was being held at a 5 star hotel, i was able to save much more money staying at this hotel, it was less than 4 miles from where i needed to go. the staff was exceptionally friendly to me and my dog. the only problems were that the non-slip mat in the tub was coming undone and was really moldy under it and […] that there really isnt an area to walk or curb your animal. The location of this hotel was great. It is close to the airport and also close to many of the businesses in the area. The problem with it being close to the airport is that a plane flies over the hotel about every 15 minutes making it very difficult to get a good night of sleep. Other problems I had were very loud neighbors who were blasting music, […] but this is not the fault of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is dealing with a scam. Between 11pm and midnight, I received a call from someone pretending to be the hotel manager. The imposter claimed that the computer system had messed up and that my room was listed as vacant and that they had to reconfirm my information (i.e. name, credit card #, etc). I did not give this information out, but it did wake me late in the night when I needed rest for my business meeting. An employee said that it is a problem that they and other nearby hotels have been dealing with for weeks. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was a decent continental breakfast. If you have to stay here you will save money because it is pretty cheap; just make sure you unplug the phone to your room on arrival. Read more

If you are looking for something just to stay b/c your funds are low, then this is the place. Furniture is extremely old, bathroom is not up to par. Did not feel secure either. I do not recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, clean, comfy place to stay while on vacation.

only 10 min. from airport short wait for shuttle.stayed both to and from our destination as we had overnight layovers both ways. shuttle took us to "Joe's" had a very good dinner shuttle came and picked us up when finished. staff is friendly and helpful. great value clean comfortable for an airport hotel.
