We had a great time. The first night there our tv remote did not work, if we want to change the channel we had to get up and do or to cut off we had to get up and do it. The ad said there would be a mountain view or a city view. City view was fine, Mountian view was miss leading. All you see when you looked out the window was a hill. The price was great and the location was even better but the rooms were not that clean. The floors weren't swept, dusty, and the worst part was the bathrooms. The shower curtain still had like shaving cream on it from the last guest. The towels had brown and black stuff in spots. The room was clean, but it was WAY smaller than anything we've stayed in before. Yes, the rooms need to be renovated but when you are looking for a quick, inexpensive stay this is the perfect place. Also, I was pleased with the honesty because I left my camera in the room when we checked out and it was found and is being mailed back to me. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and will be returning more than likely.

Our first room wasn't made up still unmade bed. Next room bigger and bed made up but dingy and mildewy smell. It was a smoking room but when I asked for an ashtray the front desk attendant told me to use a cup. At least its close to gatlinburg side of pigeon forge. Oh the "river" view is non existant.

We enjoyed our stay! All the staff were nice and friendly. We went to the car show and the location was great. It was within walking distance of everything we needed and very affordable. enjoyed the contenital breakfast each morning.Thank to all the staff our stay was very pleasent!

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was very adamant about not honoring our request for a ground floor room due to my physical condition. I made the reservation through your website and specifically requested a ground floor, non-smoking, no pets room. My friends and I both rented a room each. All 4 of us were pleased with rooms and they were very reasonable on the price. There was a car show at the time and lots of people were there. It was convient to viewing what we went for and there were good places to dine close by. Did not have to travel on auto to get to places of interest.

I don't know if it was just me, but I felt itchy the whole time I was there. Our air conditioner would make loud noises and clicks all night long, and the room was barely cleaned. There was still used shampoo packets in the shower, hair on the towels and in the sink, and old Holiday Inn cups to use for ice. Registered online with hotel.com for two queen beds. Hotel clerk said they did not have queen beds. Hard for a big person to sleep on a regular bed. Also someone used our room while we were at dollywood an left their nasty cloths in our bathroom an used our towels. Lobby clerk had to bring us fresh towels. They said they would check on it. This was awful. The room had an odd odor in it, the bed was hard, and the pillows were paper thin. I brought a bathing suit hoping to swim in the pool, looked as I walked in and it was green. We checked in on Friday night and spent Saturday shopping and sight seeing. If I hadn't just caught the front desk lady leaving we would have been stuck sleeping […] in the car. Turned in hand towels never received any more. Had drinking cups when check in, HolidayDay Inn label, used them first day did not receive anymore. The toilet was not cleaned daily.The only service we received was the making of the bed. Is this the service we are to receive for Hotels.com.

The GuestHouse Inn was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was great. which saves you money that you would have to pay at Ihop or Waffle House Al of the staff were also very nice. I would recommend this hotel and give it an A++++

Toilet didn't flush, bed was uncomfortable, refrig didn't work, dogs barked all night, and inconvenient service. Sign outside had cheaper rate than listed on internet. Usually, it is the other way around. Thought it was too good to be true. Breakfast was not up to par.
