Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Euless/DFW Airport - Euless

I stayed here with my family for the weekend. It's an older hotel but I thought it was well taken care of. Hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. We will stay there again. It's very close and convenient to my sons house.

Was in town to visit with friends and see a concert and just needed a place to crash close to the airport because I had an early flight the next morning. Hotel was perfect for the price. Nothing fancy but room was clean and beds were comfortable and was 5 minutes from the airport. I would stay here again.

It has easy access to the freeway, and therefore East/West movement............the staff was very helpful on a computer malfunction and overall a very nice/pleasant stay.......I'd do it again!

I really want to thank the manager for allowing my son to stay, he was in Arizona visiting his father who was in the Army. His flight was delayed and his missed his fligt. No flights until the next day. So I want to thank them for letting him stay, I was all the way in Ohio, Im very grateful! He said the room was perfect

This is a one star all the way, and my problem is I was traveling with my five star wife. There was no cold water. The options for brushing teeth and taking a shower were hot and real hot. Our family has stayed here repeatedly because this hotel has all the features we like (rooms with two queen beds; free breakfast that now includes waffles; laundry room) and all at a great price. The beds are really comfortable. The hotel is located in Euless. When we arrived, around 9pm, we were both exhausted. There was 1 person on the desk who didn't even see us there for 5 minutes because her back was turned while she faxed what seemed like 1000 pages. We got her attention, & I informed her we had a 3 day reservation and that we were tired, wanting to check in. I admit that my tone was sarcastic, but […] she rudely told us that we had to wait for her until she was done faxing. Last time I looked, fax machines can take many pages at once. Due to either her stupidity or to your hotel using inferior fax equipment, we were forced to wait no less than 10 minutes. In either case, it isnt my problem. The room I booked was not like the pictures shown on the web site. The hot water knob on the bathroom sink was broken, the room smelled like an old, stuffy, wet room. The carpet was dirty, and there was a dead roach in the middle of the floor. I was very disappointed. Will never return..and will not recommend it to no one!!!!

We had no cold water in our room. Both faucets in the sink were hot. Very uncomfortable for brushing teeth and taking meds. The hot water was also attached to the toilet. The bowl was hot, the condensation on the toilet seat had to be wiped off each time the toilet was used. For the price, the hotel was decent. Easy quick backroad trip to Arlington which was mere minutes to six flags, hurricane harbor and the ballpark. The room was painted in a retro color and had flouresent lighting. Out dated television was placed awkardly on top of a cabinet. The complimentary breakfast was good. Clean place overall. It just depends on what you are expecting from a hotel and the price you pay.

The first floor is cool and attractive. The second floor feels and smells like a smoke infested sauna. I strongly suggest wearing shoes at all times as your feet will stick to the carpet. There were cigarette burns all over the bedding. Our non smoking room smelt like cigarettes. Despite paying in full through Expedia, I was asked for my credit card […] for "incidentals." They used it to charge us for our room over again. When I asked about it, I was treated as though it was my fault. We also had to get our room card key reprogrammed every day. When we asked why, we were told, "you shouldn't check in and out constantly." We checked in once and checked out four days later. My husband and I arrived in Dallas during Spring Break and were unable to find a room in Euless. Our first time to stay at a Microtel and have been pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, and the beds very comfortable. Rooms have a mini fridge and microwave and the best part was the price. I will stay here again.

Very comfortable bed and great service however the room was overdue for a deep cleaning. There was dog hair on our blanket and everything was a little grimy. We were in a non-smoking room however were near the smoking section so we really had a second hand smoking room. The location was good and seemed to be a safe area.

I canceled reservations at a NEW Holiday Inn Express because this hotel was closer to our destination. The Holiday Inn Express was only $12.00 a nite more than Microtel, but about 15 miles farther away from where we wanted to be. Next time I will be happy to drive a little further.
