Excellent hotel, but with an overpriced breakfast (28 euros)

Perfectly located right next to the Kudamm shopping street. The hotel looks excellent and the service was perfect (they even installed a wifi router in our room after we complained the wifi signal was low in our room).The price is fair and not high at all. We'll definately come back to this one and we'll recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is in an ideal location set just back from K'damm and it's abundance of shops and restaurants, a 1 minute walk to the U-bahn station and a 5 minute walk to the S-bahn at Zoological Gardens. The hotel has a very contemporary interior and its staff were very welcoming and friendly on check-in. The room was very large for european standards […] with a huge bathroom which had lovely bath products (Annick Goutal products) and the free WI FI was an added bonus. The only downside was that the king bed we requested was in fact 2 single beds pushed together with 2 separate doona covers which we found strange. The hotel's facilities were superb with a fully-equipped gym with new equipment and a spa. There was also a nice and affordable italian restaurant adjoined to the hotel which was very convenient. Concorde is a very well located hotel, in the heart of Kudamm, surrounded by shops and restaurants, it has a nice spa area, except for the fact that there is no jacuzzi, which in my opinion is a must for a hotel with that reputation. The rooms are very spacious and confortable and the staff very well trained. I certainly would recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend break wthout the children. We were appointed a beautiful very spacious room which was very quiet and well equipped. The hotel was based near Zoolischgarten station which was fantastic for transfer from Tegel airport - 20 mins by bus X9 and only €2.40 each. In order to get to the main attractions - Brandenberg Gate, […] Museum Island, Sony Centre, Checkpoint Charlie etc it was a train ride on S bahn. We were unfortunate in that the U Bahn line - next to hotel wasn't working due to engineering works so it took us longer to get around. When the U bahn is working this would be much easier to get around. However hotel is right in the centre of the shopping district and by zoo, park and aquarium. We didn't have breakfast at hotel as very expensive €28 each at time but heard it was fantastic. Cafes around though serving breafast so this was fine. Excellent Italian restaurant next door for when you want something quick - we had lunch here. We used the sauna and steam room every day and this was lovely, robes and slippers were provided in room. We also had free internet access in the room however we didn't use it. Would recommend this hotel as an excellent establishement, staff were very helpful with directions for attractions however we were not within walking distance of tourist attractions and nightlife but saying that it was only a 15min train/bus ride away. Lovely modern hotel in a great location just off one of the main shopping streets. It's close to numerous U-Bahn stations so visitor attractions are easy to get it. The wellness/fitness centre is on the second floor and although small it seems to have all that's needed - except a swimming pool. We didn't eat at the hotel but did have a couple of drinks […] in the bar. Nice relaxed atmosphere with very friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone on a short break to Berlin Read more

We stayed at the Hotel Concorde Berlin for our 17th wedding Anniversary. We got an excellent deal for 5 nights and saw it as the perfect location to base our week from. It's location is perfect for the shopping, food and drink delights Kürfurstendam has to offer, and even better was across the street from the U-Bann. Weither you are a holiday maker […] or a VIP exec staying at the hotel, the staff treated everyone like royalty. We would definately stay at the Hotel Concorde again. This is a business hotel situated close to the Ku'dam shopping district and near a U-bahn station. The hotel is very modern and well kept. My wife and I were vacationing and generally use tourist class hotels. Staying here was a delight although we sometimes felt a little under-dressed. However, staff were not in anyway stuffy. We had a deluxe room […] facing the rear of the hotel so the view was not excellent but it was quiet (although I doubt much sound penetrates the windows here). This was probably the nicest modern style room I have ever stayed in whether travelling for business or pleasure. It had a nice bed and linens, free wi-fi, both a tub and a separate shower in a high quality bathroom along with robes. We will definitely try and stay here if we can do so when next in Berlin. The one downside was that although our room was extremely well priced, it did not include breakfast (some classes of room do include breakfast). The regular breakfast buffet clocks in at quite a hefty rate (although I assume it is all you can eat and, in keeping with everything we experienced at the hotel, excellent in quality). Now, we were given an offer at check in that was somewhat better than the price generally quoted, but we had already mentally committed to eating breakfast at cafes and snack bars. Fortunately there is food available in abundance everywhere we went in Berlin so we had no trouble finding satisfactory places nearby. Read more

This was an excellent hotel. 5 star appointments and service at a very good value. I would stay here again. The area was slightly less convenient than others but it had good transport links within a very close walk. There are some beautiful shops nearby but the nightlife and restaurants were not as abundant in this area.

Concode hotel is very comfortable and inviting hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean and bathroom area is excellent with separate shower room and bath, and two sinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only nag I have with the hotel is the location. It is rather noisy area especially at night time where a lot of drinkers come to the area. […] The nights of my three night stay was very noisy between 1-4 am. Unfortunately, it was pretty warm night and we have the window open but had to close on the 2nd night although you could still hear beer bottles smashing on the floor and lots of shouting on Saturday early morning. My husband and I always take a Christmas city break as our present to each other. This hotel met all expectations by being right next to the U-Bahn (metro), near lots of shops and the room was huge with bespoke wooden furniture, a luxury bathroom and bathrobes to relax in. The room was very, very quiet and yet near a main intersection. It was also lovely […] and warm considering the temperature was -10 on one of the days. Breakfast was expensive at 28 euros per person but there is no need with so many places nearby to get breakfast. We had a late flight home but they happily kept our luggage for no fee so we could continue exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book again even though most of the sights are in the eastern sector of the city the journey on the U-bahn to the centre of this is quick and cheap with an all day ticket for one adult being 6 euros. The offer to upgrade to Club Etoile was worthwhile, giving access to loads of nibbles and drinks. I would stay here again. It is modern, clean, has large rooms, and very attentive and courteous staff. I arranged some requirements in advance with the concierge which was very helpful. It is a very small quibble but I thought the bed was a bit too hard.

Fabulous hotel extremely well located for exploring Berlin. The rooms are ultra modern and pristine and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The wellness centre was an added bonus after an exhausting day of sightseeing. Highly recommended.

Ett lite stelt och sterilt hotell med bra läge nära Bahnhof Zoo Garten med goda kommunikationer. Nära Kurfurstenstrasse med exklusive shopping. Betyget dras ner av dålig WiFi (hotellet ordnade förvisso en extra router på 5 minuter) Luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte i början (fixades av personalen direkt vid tillsägning. Knarrande sängar irriterade. […] Liten träningsanläggning i förhållande till hotellets storlek. Dyr frukost, bättre att äta den på någon restaurang i närheten. En resa med kollegor till Berlin som blev mycket uppskattad mycket tack vare hotellet med dess perfekta läga och serviceminded personal. Allt hanterades mycket proffesionellt. I samband med vår konferens lyckades man även fixa med en adapter till min Macbook som räddeade bildersna som skulle visas. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les membres du personnel sont accueillants, sympathique et serviables. L'hôtel est bien situé, il est facile de parcourir le tout Berlin car les lignes de métro et de bus sont proches... (arrêt pour l'aéroport Tegel à 5 mn à pied)
