Set on the outer rims of extinct volcanic craters of the Albani Hills, the air is refreshing and the rich, volcanic soil is ideal for vine-growing. Beautifull villa in wonderful grounds with breathtaking views but our wing room had broken toilet seat and plug in bath did not work. Hotel restaurant very expensive when compared to price paid for room and not many guests ate there while we were staying. Would go back though cause position and villa more than made up for shortfalls. Staff very helpful

This hotel is not only a work of art with its painted celings and beautiful layout but it also is out of the city and in the peaceful surroundings of the town of Frascati. The staff were friendly and very helpful, booking our shuttle and meal in frascati at one the best restaurants ive ever been to, (belvedere) The only downfall was the room as it was not in the main building and was a little shabby, the bathroom is pristine though. Although its 1/2 hour train ride out of Rome its nice to be outside the hustle and bustle of a city and its very easy to work ou the trains etc, and if not the hotel will help you out!

The Parkhotel Villa Graziola was a golden nugget on our month long excursion in Europe. The value was unbeatable. The easiest way to get there is to take a train from Termini to Frascati. Frascati is only a few minutes away from the hotel's perch on top of the hill. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, as is the building. The rooms are located in side villas, but hanging out in the main building is incredible. Frescoes and paintings are all over the place, and the views of Rome are sensational. We cannot wait to get back to Rome. It is very convenient to stay at and take the train to and from Termini everyday as we found out, and that is definitely what we will do in the future. BTW, I do recommend the restaurant. Complimentary prosecco, amuse booches, and other morsels are great, but the meals themselves are top notch. And the breakfast, though 15 euros, is an incredible deal. The cheeses and meats, as well as the fruits, are probably the best food we had on our entire trip!

Stay away from this hotel - I wouldn't want it getting filled up preventing me from returning for another visit as soon as possible. Great location and style. Perfect for Ciampino but not that much hassle from Fumicino. Shuttle bus to and from Frascati every hour gives freedom to roam from this rural location. Highly recommended

This was our favorite part of our trip to Italy. The hotel was an exceptional place to stay and exactly what we were hoping to experience on our trip. The town below was charming and the people were so lovely and kind. We had an amazing time just relaxing and enjoying our time at the estate. Would definitely love to go back again!!

Lovely hotel, good service and the shuttle bus down to the station every hour was really useful and we made the most of this. The wireless internet didn't work and if it had was some silly price like €8 an hour or something. Fracsati was a really good base asin Italy it's harder to find some place doing poor food than good and just about everywhere we ate was excellent.

What a fantastic place. I can't comment on food as we used the hotel as a base for exploring Rome and were therefore up and about before breakfast and not returning until late evening, however the hotel itself is a wonderful historic building with a suprise through every door. After reading other reviews our only concern was location but it cannot be faulted. High in the hills of Frascati you get fabulous views of Rome which by night looks wonderful. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel runs every hour and they ill also accomodate additional requests where possible. We did not find this to be a problem and the trains into Rome are on time every hour as scheduled. If we weren't emmigrating to NZ we'd definitely use this place again. Service was wonderful and I did not need my very limited Italian as the staff all speaked good English and were more than happy to help - WITH A SMILE!

The villa was was excellent, with great front-desk and restaurant service. Also, it was only a flat 30 cents to call an 800 number (calling card)! The only problem was getting there from the Frascati train station. There are few taxis and the hotel shuttle only comes when booked ahead. We did not know this upon arrival so had to wait over 1.5 hours to get a taxi. Also, having to reserve the shuttle ahead of time forces you to plan your day in Rome in advance. We went to Rome and were forced to book only a single shuttle time back - we decided to come back early and since no one else had booked the shuttle for that time, we needed to walk 1.5km uphill to the Villa. The only other issue was that the shower curtain was not long enough so our bathroom got flooded.
