ENCHANTMENT RESORT - Sedona

My wife and I stayed here for one night and unfortunately, that night it rained. The suite we were staying in had two leaks, one in the bathroom, and a very loud one by the fireplace in the living room which we discovered at 3am. I understand that these things happen (I'm from Seattle; used to leaks). My issue was that when we phoned the desk and notified […] them, since we were leaving that coming morning, they didn't really offer a solution. When we checked out, they pretty much said they were sorry. I was kind of surprised because the staff for the rest of our stay prior to the leak was amazing. Given the amount of money we paid for the room, I guess I expected a discount, or discounted future stay, complimentary something, really anything. Otherwise the view is amazing, wildlife are visible, activities were abundant. The spa and restaurant were overpriced and not worth the expense. Won't be going back. Read more

The hotel setting is magnificent. The room was lovely, but our balcony overlooked the service area with lots of noise and loud employee conversations most of the day so it was not a place we used to relax. The spa is greatt and we loved both pools. We were asked if our stay was for a special occasion--it was--a BIG anniversary. However, no one mentioned […] it for the rest of our stay! We had some trouble with housekeeping--we requested towels, that took 45 minutes. When we called in the morning to say that our coffee maker was not working, we requested coffee from room service (rather than having engineering come to our room when we were not dressed) and were told "you will be charged for that." That is an answer one would expect from a 3 start or less resort, not from a 5 star resort!. They did not wind up charging us in the end. Read more

One of the best resorts with some of the best staff I have ever come across in all my travels and I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels! And the surrounding area and views are some of the most beautiful I've seen. My time at this resort was truly a pleasure!

We stayed in wonderful Room#378 and The view were Beautiful. Two things we were not happy about. We ordered RoomService for breackfest. The food we enjoyed. On the second night the dirty dishes were still outside our door. They were still outside our door when we checked out the day after. Wonderful resort, location & service. Stayed there previously and was VERY, VERY pleased. Great memories brought my wife and I back with our 7 year old daughter. Our stay was to be the relaxation part of our Texas to Grand Canyon driving vacation. Unfortunately, the relaxation part was obscured a bit by buzzing saws, hammering and workers "communicating" […] during the day. That was outside our balcony in the foreground with Red Rocks in background. Walks to the lobby and restaurants were through other construction areas as well. NOT GOOD! The manager credited us with an adjustment at checkout which I appreciated. I don't know, did they think we wouldn't notice the noise and truck after truck of construction vehicles around our car? Enchantment should have advised me of construction through a call or email in advance of my arrival. Then, I could have decided whether to stay there or not. I still like Enchantment Resort and would stay there again. It is a world class resort! But, I left with a bitterness from my stay that I wish didn't exist simply because I felt taken advantage of. So... you'll love this place but ASK to be sure their construction is over before you make a reservation! You wouldn't think to ask such a question but it would be a good idea in this case. Live 2 hrs south went up for get away - gorgeous views but we were the 1st to stay in the newly renovated room & we think it wasn't finished & ready for visitors. Shower doors not completed & you needed to by 7' plus to see thru the peep hole! Odd. Restaurant was very disappointing!

It was a long and winding road with NO signs telling us where the Hotel was!!!! Room was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was that the sliding glass door would not lock and the screen door would not open so we could not enjoy the patio in the morning for breakfast. The night we checked in we ordered room service and it took almost one hour […] for our food to arrive. The next morning we ordered bagels and coffee and it took over 45 minutes we had to call them to ask them what was taking so long and they told us sorry for the delay it should be coming. We stayed here for 2 nights and were expecting an amazing room; the room we had was a studio and it had one of those wall fold beds which provided the most uncomfortable nights sleep. Remember that Seinfeld episode where Elaines back hurts from sleeping on the fold away? Exact same thing!!! We ordered room service late at night and they were out of […] sandwich meat! They didn't even know this until after 10 minutes!! The candy from the minibar in the room was stale and tasted disgusting. We have stayed at much cheaper hotels who provided a better experience. Upon arriving we decided to try their brunch buffet for $50 a person expecting an amazing meal...we were very disappointed. We enjoy the buffets at the casinos more than this. The only reason to go to Enchantment is for the view (which you can just drive by and see the same view). Read more

The hotel is situated in an amazing location in the red rock mountains, 10 minutes from Sedona. Our 3 day visit at the end of a tour of Arizona was far too short and plan to return. ジュニアスイートに宿泊しました。リゾートホテルとして必要なものがほぼ揃っています。レストランの雰囲気、スタッフの対応、お部屋の快適さ、それに何よりも素晴らしいロケーション！一泊だけだったため、スパやアクティビティが利用できなかったのが残念でした。最低三泊でもここに泊まるためだけに再訪したいです。

今回、２泊しました。 ネイティブアメリカンの聖地ボイントンキャニオンの中に立地されており、彼らの住居をイメージした外観・内装が魅力的です。 ボイントンキャニオンに囲まれた環境は、景観も雰囲気も素敵です。近くの小高い丘に登れば朝日が見れます。 高級リゾートの側面として、ディナーが美味しいのと、ホテル代にインクルードされたサービスのＳＰＡ・プールは最高で、お薦めします。
