Rates were very fair. Breakfast is good - would be nice if it was completely ready by the stated time - often had to wait for the hot items. Location close enough to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Nashville. Second time staying here and will return.

Northeast of downtown Nashville, the long-running iOpry/i radio show is broadcast from the Grand Ole Opry House. The show moved here in 1974 after a 31-year run at Ryman Auditorium. A country-music theme park operated adjacent to the Opry House until 1997. Now, Opry Mills shopping mall stands in its place. The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center is also adjacent.

The room was nice and clean. Quiet hotel. Friendly staff. We didn't partake in the complimentary bkfst so I can't comment on it. I would def recommend it. Maybe not the most luxurious accomodations but you can't expect that for this price. **On a girly note, I loved that they had Pantene hair products in the room. A definite bonus in my opinion.

The hot water consistency was questionable. The place looks older than the picture presented online although it was clean. They could not fulfill our room location request due to full occupancy. Breakfast sausage was extremely salty, other than that, breakfast variety is great.

First, the staff was amazing. The two interactions I had (check-in and locking my key in my room) were very friendly and super helpful. My room was probably one of the least attractive in the hotel based on other reviews I have read. The bathroom had a cracked and stained counter, there was a spider in my sink, and the carpet had that sticky "motel […] carpet" feel. When you don't feel like a room is clean, it's hard to feel clean in it. Granted, the sheets appeared to be cleaning, housekeeping did well when they cleaned after my first night, and the towels are quite the presentation in the bathroom... It just wasn't the best hotel I have stayed in. The price was right and the neighborhood was good - close to the freeway, easy to get to Nashville (the Ryman) and easy to get to the airport. The room was ok for a one or two night stay for shopping or sightseeing trip. The location was great next to Opry Mills and nice eating places. The walls are thin so hope for quiet neighbors. Unfortunately I didn't get lucky on my stay. I could hear noises late in the night them early the next morning made be other guests. 1. No shuttle to Gaylord Hotel. Need this service for guests. 2. Bathroom floor in our room was about to fall apart, the tile was cracked and floor was bulging in some places and serious depressions in others. 3. Morning Breakfast NY's day was awesome. Food was great, staff very friendly.

We stopped over to break up our trip from Ohio to Texas. Super close to the Gaylord and priced closer to our budget. Lots if restaurants within walking distance and super clean. We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast because we went to the Shrek feast at the Gaylord. Will definitely visit here again!

Not bad...but not great either. Hotel seemed old and dirty. Walked in the room after check in and it looked as if someone had just taken a nap on the bed it was so wrinkled up. Should not cost this much for these accommodations.
