While you tour around Mumbai, be sure to visit the Juhu Beach—an extended stretch of sandy beach from Santacruz to Vile-Parle. This beach, on the shores of Arabian Sea, is the most renowned beach in the commercial capital of India, Mumbai. It is a superb spot to enjoy the sunset whilst tasting some local Mumbai snacks such as Bhelpuri and Pani Puri. If you are lucky, you could even get a chance to watch a shoot of a Bollywood movie. Children can enjoy a trip to Juhu Beach with a horse, donkey, or camel ride in addition to a variety of amusements that are on offer. Numerous vendors, food stalls, and entertainment outlets add to the jovial atmosphere.

Hotel staff are among the friendliest I have experienced. The hotel has a 6th floor restaurant with a "kabob buffet" each evening - great food and service at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend that hotels.com post each hotel's e-mail address when booking. When I called hotels.com to find out this hotel's email address, I was given the wrong address. Consequently, when I landed in Mumbai in the middle of the night, the hotel car was not there to meet me and I was delayed for an hour and then cheated by a taxi - a poor way to start a trip!

The hotel looks nice and so do the staff (professional) the rooms are nice and tidy and also the restaurant is nice (prices are reasonable). Complimentary paper, breakfast and trasnfer to the airprt is great. This hotel is near the airport, and a few 5 star hotels with good clubs (JW marriot, Hyatt) They have their own club downstairs which is OK. I have to complain about some of the staff as they were rude and for some reason kept on bugging us- constant phone calls and ringing the bell to our room to ask us unneccssary things like if we wanted to order food, or have our room cleaned on the same day that we arrived ? ? ? They also starred a bit maybe its just their way but we did find it a bit strange- although some were great and polite. This hotel is also near the beach, however i reccomend ASCOT hotel in Colaba which is really great and good location although further away from JUHU beach (which really is not that great). Hope this helps

Pick up service fromthe airport was great, things started off well. Got to hotel and all looked fine. When we got to the room, the main room was very nice, however the Bathroom left a lot to be desired, and we were less than impressed. We asked for a change of room, but were told the hotel was full. This hotel put a dampner on an otherwise wonderful holiday in India....What a Shame
