Great stay. We booked 2 rooms and were a bit disappointed to find that they were not adjoining as we had been told, but otherwise the stay was great in all ways. I've stayed at many hotels in the N Ft Myers area and this is by far the best.

Hotel is located in downtown area although on the waterfront it is not the "beach". The area is run down as is the restaurant in the middle of the hotel. The IHop is convenient, next door. The room I was in was so small I had to move a chair to get to the closet. Towels are cheap and rough, The room was cleaned daily, and the staff was pleasant.

Our room was not cleaned on if the days that we stayed, we were told our room had the do not disturb sign outside of it yet we never use the sign. It was an older property, but immaculately kept. The rooms were redone and very comfortable. Pool area was great and on the water. Anytime we needed something(I did request and extra blanket), they were very fast and accomadating. We would stay again!

Wendy at the reception desk was very pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Room was clean but not spotless,especially the carpet. IHOP is on premises and wonderful for breakfast. Hotel NO longer offers complimentary breakfast but does sell vouchers for a reduced menu option. I would return during another trip.

Nice room with great view. Plenty of parking. The room was clean and the maid was very efficient. The pool could have been a little warmer, but we swam and enjoyed the pool and the area.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Carpets were spotless.The hotel is on the water and this is the South so things can get a little musty and the room was that way when I first checked in. Very poor experinece. Do not plan to come back--- Lousy TV service, poor response from the front desk, lack of technical help. Poor remotes do not work with new Dish system, unable to change channels, see programs etc. Front door in the room does not close properly.

The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. There were no clean beach towels at the pool on the morning we went down, but they quickly brought some when we pointed it out. Small fridge and microwave in the room were very convenient.

We were there in November, and for us the location was perfect. It was close to our relatives for visiting, and had a gorgeous view and beautiful weather. I found the bed very comfortable. I would recommend rooms above the first floor, for an unobstructed view.

Spacious room, microwave and fridge, gorgeous view with every room facing the water. Excellent staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Spent 2 days there, not doing too much outside the hotel as it was middle of July, but that didn't matter, everything I needed (shops, restuarants) were either in the hotel (first-class restuarant in the hotel) or a block […] away (the iHop). Only minor complaint is that I wish I had known I could do late check-out, as my flight was 7 hours after I checked out. Admittedly, I didn't ask, and hanging around the hotel for 4-5 hours was actually quite nice. A great experience overall. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there in June and it was very quiet and relaxing. The room was large and clean. We enjoyed the pool and exercise room, athough the treadmill was not working in the exercise room. We will definitely stay there again when we visit relatives in North Fort Myers.

There were a total of 13 chanels on the television. To the best my knowledge there was no breakfast. There was no wireless internet and you could only use the I-pad in the reception area. Overall, the stay was OK because we did not spend much time in the room, but when we go back to Ft. Meyers we will look for a different hotel.

Room was fine, but not spectacular. Great water views. It was a non-smoking room, but smelled like smoke & had an ashtray on the patio, which bothered us. Other than that, a little dated but perfectly acceptable.

Yes the Hotel is older and dated, but I made the reservation at the last minute and finances were an issue. BWFMW is right on the water- views of the Harbor and Bridge are spectacular. I had bicycles on the car roof and the front desk person said he would personally look after them plus they have 2 security personnel on patrol.
