Vi valde att äta på hotellet men ångrade oss efterår. pommesfrittes var krispiga men reält m tuggmotstånd åt det sega hållet, fläskfilén var inte putsad, så man fick den seniga hinnan att tugga på. Och varför har man 140 sängar som dubbelsäng, det finns faktiskt människor som är större. 160 borde vara standard. Vi fick då ta 2 sängar, vilken besvikelse. 1 morgonen var kaffet slut, o ingen i personalen hade uppmärksammat det, sen fick vi […] vänta på att vanligt kaffe skulle bryggas, maten slut, o ingen kollar, utan vi måste gå in o säga till.     Bra rom, hyggelig betjening, kjempefin frokost, men en elendig middagsservering. Middagen åpnet kl 1800. Kl 1805 var det bare en rett igjen. Dette medførte at jeg måtte spise det samme i 3 dager. I tillegg ble middagen dårligere og dårligere i kvalitet. Derfor så dårlig generell vurdering.

    Hotellet var lätt att hitta vid en stor vägkorsning. Vid ankomsten möttes vi av vänliga glada tjejer. Rummet och hotellet i övrigt var välstädat. Maten som vi åt i restaurangen var helt ok, den serverades dessutom av en vänlig och glad servitris. Detta var inte sista gången vi vistas på Ibis i Västerås.

    Billigt och bra. 85 spänn för en frukost känns rätt mastigt, inte minst med tanke på att faten blev helt rensade och inte påfyllda efter att en busslast med hungriga litauer dykt upp.

    Litet och enkelt rum med äldre badrum. Utfällbar våningssäng ovanför queen-size sängen. Hotellet kändes väldigt budget och restaurangutbudet var skralt för en småbarnsfamilj.
