neighborhood feels seedy and suspect. room had several repairs it needed. air conditioner barely worked. no fitted sheet on beds. blankets had several holes. found an empty beverage can behind the refridgerator. pillows very thin. not enough electrical outlets in room. no alarm clock. toiletries appeared to be by request only. floor carpeting looked/felt grungy.

The room was dirty as well as the bathroom. The area that the hotel is located in is run down. This wasn't a pleasant experience!

Accessibility was good. New pillows needed for true comfort. New towels needed due to the frequent use of them. Enjoy breakfast or continental breakfast at surrounding restaurants. Coffee was ok.

The staff could not speak english and lived in a '2 room' apartment as part of the hotel.

The wi-fi didnt work and the staff didnt know how to fix it or who to call to fix it, so I lost money not being able to work from my hotel room. The towel bars were broken, there was no extra toilet paper, the a/c didnt keep the room cool, and it was 92 degrees during our stay. The room was fowl smelling, and had obvious water damage on the ceiling and walls. The mattress had broken springs so you couldnt sit on the corners without falling to the floor.

Information about where to find ice machines, vending machines not given. I looked around but could not find anything. I expected breakfast--there was very little. There was no bucket in the room to get ice, if you even had any. There were no glasses to drink from.

Although we realize that 'pet friendly' hotels are probably not the 'best' the room was under-par. When the heat came on it smelled like somthing was burning. Stained bedspreads, smelly room and we had a non-smoking, very thin and small towels. Ground floor rooms' flooring was uneven. Management could speak English but accent was so heavy you could not understand him at times. Would not give me a receipt at end of stay, said I could get it from hotels.com; required that we pay $5.00 cash for pet fee, even though I thought it was already factored in to the price.

The only complaints I had was the guy didn't know I had reservation and was trying to put us in room other than what I reserved but got that straightened out. Got to room and the air was off and it was hotter inside than outside and never really cooled off.

Biggest tip is just dont use this hotel. No Smoking room had full of cigarette burns in the bed and on furniture. Furniture was stained, bathtub had black scum on the bottom. Room had awful smell like it had been rained in.
