"Ok hotel"

Location wise the hotel is good - but other hotels closer to the main attractions and sights. Rooms a bit dated and should need a refurbishment. overall ok experiance but have stayed in better hotels. Intercontinentals brand new hotel just down the road - will be our next stop.

Value for money. Good quality of service and food. Make a wonderful stay for me and my husband. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we kept going back to have time spend in the hotel. We love the food prepared as compare to much more expensive buffet that we have in other 5 stars hotel. We love the enviornment. I am so glad that we pick this hotel. I am also very please with the upgrade I took to join the A club on the 18th floor. We are glad that we pick this hotel.

"Great hotel for location and price"

The Sofitel Plaza Saigon was a great place to begin our vaction in Vietnam. The room was impeccable, nice veiw of the Ho Chi Minh City skyline and outstanding service. The breafast buffet had everything imaginable to meet the needs of visitors from any part of the world. The local fare was a wonderful introduction to the world class Vietnamese cuisine found throughout the city. All of the staff were excellent and many spoke English as well as several other languages. Great location, just a few blocks from many of the "must see" sights. I would go back without a second thought.

Mon experience est positive bien qu'au prime abord j'ai été un peu déçu par l'accueil froid à la reception. L'hotesse était intessée à me vendre un "upgrade" avec supplement. Il faut dire que j'avais bénéficié d'une promotion: une nuit gratuite pour trois nuit achetées! autrement rien à dire: service impeccable. Autre dissonance: le prix élévé du buffet du breakfast (25 $) qui par ailleurs est excellent mais trop copieux pour ceux qui ne veulent pas trop manger. Il ny a pas de choix au restaurant pour un Pt déjeuner continental, alors que ce choix existe pour le service dans les chambres( 12 $): Allez savoir pourquoi?
