GOYA - Alicante

Just an overnight stay to get a flight in the morning. Close to airport bus stop, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Very nice place to stay, quiet and beautiful. Nice apartments with sea view ( such an amazing view ) Would like to came back again and again. Good location, just necessary to rent a car, couse its between Alicante and Benidorm, around 20 km to each sides. Receptionists must be nicer, some of them, specialy guy wasnt nice. Was unhappy about it. Other service was fine and friendly.

v good but make sure you request non smoking if you dont smoke. our room smelt a bit as we were on a smoking floor and so it came through the aircon vents.

Spent two nights. Had a coffee and a hot chocolate each morning. Got two differently prepared hot chocolates. Was not possible to get a coffee at the hotel bar before its opening time of 09:30. Rooms are spacious and clean with wood laminate floors, my room had a balcony with a view to the outdoor pool and tennis court. No in room waterboiler/coffemaker. Bathroom tiling in need of repairs, had wide cracks between walls and floor. Great staff: softer pillow was asked for at night and brought by the receptionist within 5 minutes. Free Wifi throughout the hotel, access code from reception. The hotel has a great location next to a golf course and indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool air quality wasn't great - too much chlorine in the air. Well kept golf premises, tennis court, wellness and beautician on site. Pharmacy, large supermarket and small restaurants within walking distance. Travel to the city center of Alicante with taxi cost between 9 and 10 euro. Recommendable hotel.

Not anywhere near a 4star hotel as advertised. Reception staff expected to act as barkeeper. No Tea/coffee facilities in room. No tea/coffee available in bar until 9am when they are SOOOOO busy. Breakfast offered brilliant for 6 euros, evening meal unappetising.
