It was ok nothing greatGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and not over chlorinated. The food at the tavern was good but a bit overpriced.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good price for the area"
The room was clean and had recently been updated. There was a peculiar smell that seemed to emanate from an old AC/heat wall unit -- or just the hotel itself.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I found the night staff and early morning staff wonderful and super accommodating!! Will stay again!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Enjoyed the pool and hot tub"
Room was spacious and clean. Could hear people in the next room a bit. The pool and hot tub were great.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"nice room, friendly staff"
The staff was friendly. Overall experience was good. The room was clean, however there were a few dark stains on the bottom of the sheets.Genuine Expedia guest review
Overall the stay was very good. I would have liked to open the window in the room instead of having the air conditioner on, but there was a good sized hole in the screen. Otherwise everything was fine.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We are happy with our stay. The only negative is there is no elevator. Other than that, the rooms are clean, beds comfortable, breakfast OK.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"My honest opinion of this hotel"
The room is very spacious. We had a very nice view of the bridge. It had a refrigerator in the room which was nice. Most importantly, the bed and pillows are comfortable and the air conditioner worked really well. This is a biggie for me. The room is clean but it is outdated in style. It was quiet which was also nice. The only complaint I have is with […] the continental breakfast. Instead of scrambled eggs & bacon, you only get a photo of these items. I find it somewhat funny that they had photos of scrambled eggs & bacon in the breakfast area but they did not serve these items. They had bagels and similar items but as far as fresh cooked items, they only had hardboiled eggs. No fruits, no freshly cooked food. Also, the pool water is a bit murky and the pool & jacuzzi area is not appealing at all. I was not comfortable in this space. It has an eerie feel about it at night, quite an ugly space actually. I'd skip the pool area and I'll bring my own fresh fruits with me next time. Other than this, I think the hotel is very pleasant, could use some updating but it is quite comfortable. I would consider staying here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Very nice, clean hotel directly off Bourne Bridge rotary. I would stay there again. Easy access and clean.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The AC's louvers were not working properly so the room never cooled like it should have. Otherwise the bed was nice and the room was large and clean.Genuine Expedia guest review
Was a nice time but will be much better if they have a pool out side.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice hotel.. Better if it had.."
I had to stay for two nights in an emergency situation. We lost power due to a blizzard and needed to relocate. The Quality Inn was very nice. It would have been perfect if the indoor pool had been open, to keep my kids occupied. Also, a game room for kids would be nice...Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel was OK -- however, the room was a bit odd. I have been traveling for decades and this was the only room I have ever encountered with a "step up" to the bathroom. At the top of the step was a piece of black and yellow tape to serve as a warning. The tape is irrelevent in the middle of the night and your sleepy and forget to "step up". Very […] odd arrangement! "Great location and great rooms"
We needed a room for an overnight stay, visiting the Cape for a celebration. Most choices were small motels. We chose the Quality Inn due to it's convenient location. We didn't expect much, but were very surprised to find a clean, updated hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms. The bedding was new, pillows were very comfortable, and the mattress was […] excellent. Bathroom was clean and nice, although towels are small. There was a flat screen TV and a refrigerator. We didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the tavern or breakfast, but will make more time next time we're on the Cape. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Exactly what I expected"
Good and clean hotel, don't expect the Ritz and you'll be satisfied. Front staff was friendly. Stayed there the night before a marathon and was nervous because saw a room full of younger guys drinking (about 2 doors down from my room), but couldn't hear them at all. Great sound isolation. Went to bed early and didn't hear a peep. Easy to find, right […] off the rotary. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Check in staff were good, room was very nice, parking was adequate, bed was good, tv channels were limited, towels were small and not very absorbent. Nice to have hair dryer that works so well, overall it was a very good experience!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The only thing I wasn't happy with was when I asked for a non-feather pillow she said none were available without making an attempt to look for one.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
food was not very good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Smoke detector keep going off during the night, front desk said it was from the steam of the shower. Seems to me they have had this problem or complaint before but fail to address the concerns. Total inconvenience.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Bourne Quality Inn"
We were very pleased with our room and service...We had a problem with our laptop reception and a lady from the office came to our room and helped us..Very quiet in our room and we were next to the swimming pool...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel is very clean and the staff very accomidating. The only problem we had were the size and lack of towels. Only two small towels were provided for each room and there were absolutely no towels by the pool. I see that this is not the first complaint on this issue, you would think that they would get the message by now.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Quality Inn Bourne"
We had 2 rooms for 3 nights. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, but one of the rooms had the odor of smoke. Becuase the hotel is smoke free I immediately notified the front desk and had the manager inspect our room. I told him I wanted it noted at check in that the room had a smoky smell. The hotel charges $150 if anyone smokes in the rooms […] and I wanted it known at check in time that there was a smoky smell. Our other room was in perfect working order. The hotel is the first hotel on the cape after you cross the Bourne Bridge, but that means that it isn't too close to the farther areas of the Cape. The food in the restaurant at the hotel was great as was the indoor pool. Housekeeping was average. We didn't need clean sheets every night or our beds made for us, but we did want clean towels and our trash cans emptied. We had to ask for the towels and the trash cans were overflowing until we asked the front desk to have them emptied. Maybe there was a communication breakdown and they thought we didn't want any housekeeping services performed. This was our third trip to the Cape and by far the nicest place we stayed at. The hotel was quiet at night, unlike the hotels in the Hyannis area. We would probably stay here again even though it's quite a distance from many of the tourist attractions. "I give this place a zero."
06/24/14 840matilda Somerville, Massachusetts
The quality of service is not good at this hotel. Don't ever stay here. I am appalled by this place. I had reservations scheduled 2 nights ck in fri. Stayed for MMMA. Graduation. Feces in the pool area. No elevator. Bathroom toliet over flowed. Walked in the room had Mold smell. Not clean. Water Stained ceiling. Couldn't be relaxed and didn't feel safe. The slider didn't lock. Deck had lemons and potatoe on the patio. The parking lot side door was not locked. Very unprofessional I asked if maintence was on duty. No they don't work on weekends. Had to check out the following morning will never go back. I don't know how this place is still in business. I give this place a zero rating.
"No pool, closed to guests"

We had a wedding to go to at the country club a short distance from this hotel. Some accomodations were very good such as the Tavern with food being next door, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Unfortunately there seemed to be quite a bit of maintenance going on. The 2nd floor room above the breakfast area was being worked on and quite a bit of noise was very obvious. We had problems in 2 rooms with part of the bath accessory falling apart and also a shower head in one of the rooms. In a room on the first floor at one point water dripped from a ceiling light. We had several children with our group and was told there was a pool and jacuzzi, when we arrived we were told it was closed but later was told it was closed because of health reasons. Steve, the clerk who signed us in was very accomodating and very friendly. The groom who chose the hotel was told if we booked 10 rooms we would get 10% off,we were told 30 rooms had to be booked. Since we did not book 10 rooms,we tried to use our Triple AAA card but was told since they gave us 10% off for the pool we could not use it.I felt that was not accomodating and the Triple AAA card should have been used. When we booked we asked for two beds and was told there was only a King available, when we got there and some of our party checked in without reservations they were given rooms with 2 beds. The hotel is old and a lot of maintenance seems to be going on. The price is average but could be much less for what was available with this hotel. We probably would not stay there again.

We needed a place to stay prior to an early morning ferry to Martha's Vineyard. We had previously stayed at a nearby competitor hotel and were less than satisfied. The Quality Inn was clean, comfortable, staff was very friendly, and it was nice to relax and have a drink in The Tavern after a long drive that evening. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, nice air conditioning that didn't blow right on you, nice hot shower with decent water pressure. Continental breakfast the following morning was very nice with great coffee! We will definitely stay here again when we need a room in this area.
"Clean, Convenient and Affordable"

I spent one night here with the my son and a friend. While the motel isn't new, it is clean. Our room was spacious and very tidy, the beds were comfortable and they were able to provide us with a cot. You can hear the Bourne bridge traffic since you are located almost on the roundabout but with the windows closed, the noise didn't bother us. The motel has an indoor pool and hot tub (all of which were very clean) and provides a complimentary breakfast that has an extensive spread including a waffle iron and fresh fruit. They do a good job for a 1970s motel.

friendly staff and efficient front desk staff(especially overnight on Thursday and Friday when I made reservation and then checked in); very friendly housekeeping staff and breakfast attendant. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever! Very clean hotel (especially the bathroom).

I stayed at the Bourne Quality Inn during the January 2014 blizzard. I was very impressed with the one man staff, a giant named Steven. It seemed that he was running the hotel singlehandedly for the duration of the storm, at least during the day shift. He was very polite and efficient, but perhaps overworked. To my knowledge, he was running the desk, answering the phones, doing the housekeeping (at least in the hallways), preparing/maintaining the continental breakfast, repeatedly mopping and running a vacuum throughout the hotel- all while using a shovel to remove the 15" of snow that was falling. I saw him with that shovel for at least 6 hours on both Thursday and Friday, he was tireless. In spite of his workload, he still was intensely polite, and even carried my luggage in during the height of the storm. By contrast, the other staff I dealt with during the storm were either a) asleep on the overnight shift or B) did not speak very much English. Over two days and into the morning of the third, you could actually tell when the big guy was working because you could get in and out of the hotel. Otherwise, there were snow drifts blocking every exit, probably from 5 PM until 8 AM. The parking lot itself was very dangerous, with 6 inches of snow laying in it. The desk clerk managed to keep paths to the cars open, but he couldn't shovel out the whole parking lot.
"Great view of the Bourne bridge"

Perfect location for anyone who is visiting the National Cemintary in Bourne and want to stay overnight and return back to the cementary the next day. It is only a short drive. Hotel does have an indoor pool and a resturant on the grounds. In the summer months one can sit outdoors on the patio for lunch and dinner. Bar area is small but staff is friendly. Rooms are large with micro and refrigerators.

An excellent hotel. We went with friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a spacious room, very clean and well appointed. A small supermarket is within easy walking distance. Wild turkeys strolled into the car park the next morning. There was a good heated pool. A lovely area.
"LIARS AT FRONT DESK"

The truth just ain't in this motel's management. Beware!! I had to return to run a training session on a humid late summer day on The Cape. The meeting room A/C didn't work. When I called for assistance, I got a royal shuck-and-jive routine about some sort of shared responsibility with the restaurant. Later, the restaurant owner-manager showed me her lease...it clearly stated the motel was responsible for grounds, building structure maintenance, AND heating and air conditioning. Also, the "free" wifi is still a rip. The system tries to force you to adopt its IP address, and that is a gateway for all manner of malware. Thankfully, my MacBook warns you about these shenanigans. This could be a premier property in a great location. Sadly, the Indian-American management is reinforcing their negative reputations.

We recently stayed for a few days due to a recent graduation. Checking in/out was quick however be sure to check the rates that you are being charged. Mine was adjusted down even though I booked months ago & explained I was a AAA member. They have a tendency to change their quoted/actual rates. Otherwise the stay was pleasant. Room was clean, quiet & comfortable. Internet was easy to access w/no issues. Maybe staying on the second floor helped. On a security note they should lock down their outer doors w/card access. Not thrilled that anyone can gain access to the hotel 24/7. Not our first stay here either so we knew what value we were getting before hand for the dollar.
