Around 3:30 there was a knock on our door asking if we wanted to have the room cleaned. The best thing about this hotel was that the breakfast saved us a few bucks since we were traveling with children. The shuttle to the inner harbor is convenient if they don't forget to pick you up. Otherwise the drivers were pleaseant and informative. The pull-out bed mattress was old, lumpy and ripped at the seams. They didn't automatically replenish […] standard room amenities like toiletries and cups. The housekeeping staff person was annoyed that he had to bring these items to our room upon my request. The hours of the pool could have been more convenient. It is more like the type of place you stay for one night on a business trip than for three nights with small children. Lesson learned. Be aware that there's a night club on the side of this hotel. We were woken up at closing time approximately 2 AM with loud intoxicated people leaving this facility along with police sirens trying to disburse the crowd.

Front desk was rude and asked me to leave if i was not a guest i explained i was getting ready to check in they also assigned me and 3 kids to a smoking floor then charged xtra to switch the front lobby unsanitary

Our family of 4 had a great stay before boarding our cruise to the Bahamas! The hotel was very clean as was the room. EZ access to highways etc/Central location to all local attractions. Dinner theatre in-house, very good breakfast included and pool for the kids made this a great spot. Very Good value for the money. The only downside was whirlpool was […] not working in poool area; which I was looking forward to after a 7 hr drive and the gym/pool attendant was a very gruff young man. Parking lot albeit large, ought to have a designated "no access to the general public" area after 7/8pm due to in-house nightclub and dinner theatre activity. While this is a great addition, it became virtually impossible to find a parking spot in the evening upon returning from the city. 90% of the cars parked in front of the hotel entrance area were non-hotel guest which made our hotel parking tag essentially useless. The continental breakfast was good too and the hours were reasonable. We also went down to the dinner theater that is in the hotel. It was great! The hotel was ok. They tried to give me 2 queen size beds instead of one King bed. I talked to the manager & it got fixed. I saw a guy get arrested in another hotel room on the same floor I was staying on.

Some kind of night club downstairs with music pounding away late at night. Doors opening and closing in the hallway slam loud enough to wake you up every time someone comes in or out. Great Place to stay! I stayed at alot of hotels in and around Baltimore but this one is the best! FREE PARKING! Indoor pool! Hot Tub! If they would have the hot tub working it would be a real Plus! That did disappoint Us! Good buffet breakfast!

Room was dirty, especially bathroom. No shampoo etc was put out. Breakfast was not edible from my point of view. A bowl of yogurt, rather than individual yogurts. No fresh fruit, just bowl of mixed fruit. Check in staff very friendly though.

Hotel was advertised as close to downtown with a free shuttle. Well... the shuttle that was supposed to be 15 mins. to Convention Center took over 45 mins. one morning due to other stops! Missed part of a conference keynote. On another morning, I was early for the shuttle and asked the woman at the front desk if I could run up to my room for something. […] She said sure....so, I did. When I came down 5 mins. later, the shuttle had left without me! It cost $30.00 to take a cab into the city. Breakfast was in a dingy, dirty restaurant. Location was not condusive to walking / safety. Next time I would most definitely pay a little more and stay downtown. Read more

The shuttle was excellent. If it wasn't for the shuttle I probably would never stay here. Also, breakfast was very good. I didn't have the chance to try the pool or hot tub, but those looked good as well. The only minor complaint I have is that the sink in the bathroom drained slowly.
