Enjoyed the location and the staff of the hotel. Room and Bathroom in good repair and clean. Only negative was no AC. I know it doesn't get really hot but how much would it really cost to add an AC. If back in summer, I would look elsewhere for that reason. Otherwise we loved it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel offers the bare minimum (no coffee, you get ice by the glass from the bar, and the staff was not knowledgeable about alternative restaurants or places that did not cater to tourists). The location is tough to beat and you have to weight the stack of negatives against a great location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Easy to get to from the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is super - directly in front of Christchurch. It was easy to walk to the Temple Bar area where there were plenty of eating options. Right down the street was Dublin Castle and also Trinity College. This was a great location. We would definitely stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We thought this hotel was the Irish version of Holiday Inn. The rooms were nice and clean and the service was good. This particular hotel was in the perfect area for us. It was a quick walk to City Center, and outside of the Temple Bar area, which we heard was a tourist trap. It was quiet at night and seemed to be in a safe area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay in Dublin"
Read the reviews, some were good and some not so good. But I am happy to say we thought it was great! Great location, clean, affordable, and great staff, very helpful. We walked almost every where and also got a bus pass but you could really walk almost every where. I would recommend staying there. Only down side was no air conditioning. But we really […] didn't need it. Weather was only in the low 60's. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient, clean and friendly"
Didn't spend a lot of time in hotel but appreciated it being within very short distance of Airlink bus for airport transportation. Staff was very helpful and friendly and room was immaculate. Hotel is across the street from Christ Church and near Temple Bar area. Most things are within walking distance. We walked to Trinity College as well as Guiness […] Storehouse. "Not far from many known pubs and churches"
The location was great. The window to our room faced the air conditioner/or heating unit in the courtyard (not so nice). We asked to have early check in (our flight arrived 5 AM), but they said they were full so we could leave off out bags. They did get us to the room about 10:30AM, The staff tried to be helpful. The location was really wonderful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Happy that we stayed here!"
Right in the heart of things, beautiful view of Christchurch right outside our window, new triple-pane windows meant we only heard the bells when we left the windows open. Room was nicely appointed, bathroom had been renovated and was fresh and clean (but the automatic closure on the bathroom door drove us nuts). Staff was lovely at all hours. We paid […] for the breakfast upgrade and are so happy we did. A full Irish breakfast buffet that became our main meal of the day. We will absolutely stay here next time we are in Dublin. "great hotel, great location"
Clean, large room(not too common in Europe) staff was great with any questions, taxi service they offered 8 euros less than trip to hotel. Near many atractions, handy to Hop on Hop off. Stayed in 55 hotels in Europe and this was the very best.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Location was perfect."
The staff could not have been more cooperative, or helpful. Great service at the desk and bar. Lobby and reception area were so comfortable to sit, visit, eat, have coffee, adding to the pleasant experience of the Jurys Inn. Definitely would stay again when in DublinGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to bus, but walkable to trains and city."
Wonderfully pleasant staff -helpful front desk.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"great downtown location"
the hotel has a great downtown location, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. the breakfast was fabulous. the front desk was super helpful with directions, suggestions, etc. the only small complaint was the church bells overnight sometimes disturbed our sleep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location. We were near everything we wanted to see. Hotel was very affordableGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The room - especially the bathroom - was very clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and very nice. It seems like it was just renovated, because the bathroom was sparkling clean and nice. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody going to Dublin. This hotel is the perfect location from which to explore Dublin. The staff are bright and cheerful. Nothing is too much trouble and they work hard to make your stay a pleasant one. The room was spotless and well appointed with a lovely view of Christchurch cathedral across the road. The restaurant was excellent. I ate there twice and the food and service […] were both faultless. Without a doubt this has been my best hotel stay in Dublin so far. I will be staying there again on Monday and I am lookin forward to it immensely. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice place, slow at reception"
Overall, the room and location was great and we had an amazing view of the Christ Church Cathedral. The one thing that really put me off was the service at reception. It was the longest check-in I think I've ever had, and there was a line so it took WAY longer than it should have to check-in. It felt like about 9 minutes of the staff staring at the […] computer screen and 1 minute of interaction. Other than that it was a nice place. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice hotel close to everything in the city."
They are remodeling the inside and it is very lovely. We stayed there 4 years ago and since then the improvement has made this place very nice. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy, and the bar/restraunt was very good.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Hotel, Great Location"
Excellent hotel in Dublin. Three block walk to Temple Bar, great location for pretty much everything in the city. It's about a 15 - 20 min. walk to the Guinness Storehouse.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Decent hotel in central location"
We chose this hotel because of its central location in Dublin. We didn't have a car, so we needed a place with easy access to public transportation and tourist sites. It was only a 15 minute walk to the Guinness Storehouse and the Temple Bar/Grafton St. areas and a 30 minute bus ride from the airport. The breakfast was really tasty, but we weren't too […] impressed with the dinner we got from the hotel restaurant. There is also a fee for the internet. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"good location but..."
we started our vacation in Dublin. We liked the location of the hotel but it could use updating. The lack of internet access (free) was disappointing. only at the Jurys inn that we had to pay for access. It was just OK definitely the hotel we liked the least and would not go backGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very nice hotel. Would stay there again."
Except for the 10€ per day charge for Wi Fi, I though it was a very good hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Location is good and is within walking distance to most attractions and on bus lines.Genuine Expedia guest review
They seemed to spend all their money on the lobby and nothing on the rooms. The rooms were outdated and worn - very basic. While the location was good (right across from Christchurch Catheral) it still wasn't worth the money. Also, they charge to use the Internet (who does that anymore?!) - 5 euros for an hour or 10 euros for 24 hours.Genuine Expedia guest review
There were two problems with this hotel. It is not air conditioned in the rooms and we booked smoking rooms to find out it was a non smoking hotel. I don't know if this was a hotel.com error or the if the hotel needs to update their listings. There was also no room service or ice available except at the bar. The lift was so small that four people riding […] in it was very uncomfortable. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We've stayed here before and find the location brings us back. Fortunately, the windows of rooms in front sufficiently mask the never-ending tolling of the Christchurch cathedral across the street. A disadvantage is the inability to open room windows sufficiently to ventilate the summer heat--yes, it was surprisingly warm in Dublin! "The place grew on me"
We visited Dublin during its heat wave, so the main concern about the hotel (being on the top floor) was how hot the room was. A fan was provided but the window only opened a few inches for safety reasons. We had to leave the shades open to catch a breeze, which made it hard to get kids to sleep before the sun went down at 10:30. The room was comfortable, […] though. We had a double bed, a pull-out couch, and the most comfortable cot I've ever tried. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is not fancy, but the more days we stayed there, the more I appreciated the location. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Hotel with good location"
The hotel was clean and in a good location, but seemed run down and in need of some refurbishment. The room did not have air conditioning and was stuffy.Genuine Expedia guest review
"needs better matresses"
location is terrific but the mattress was old and sagging. not the place if you have a delicate back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good location and value"
Location was very convenient. Satisfied with everything. Breakfast was very good value. Taxi queue right in front of hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Telephone system... Not able to make international calls from room. No other phone offered in hotel to make a call except front desk which can be very noisy and/or busy. Staff less than helpful in this. Loved the Queen of Tarts ... Just around corner for scones, tea and all kinds of scrumptious food.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location, staff very accomodating...hard bed"
Jurys Inn Christchurch surpassed my expectations. The location is as good as possible...close to everything. Right next to hop on/hop off bus stop. The staff was attentive and friendly. A few cons: tight bathroom and slightly uncomfortable beds. I will recommend to friends and stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Location and price"
Great location and price. Our only issue is that the mattress was somewhat lumpy and saggy. Note that wireless internet access costs an additional 10 euros per day.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent service and location."
The every staff member was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location for the Saint Patrick's Parade could not have been better. This hotel was in a perfect location. Walking distance to the Temple Bar area and Trinity college. Bus to and from the airport stopped about 100 yds away. Hop on Hop off stooped at the same place. Made things quite easy.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

friendly hotel staff, great location for touring, easy walking to Temple Bar and other tourist areas- easy access for public transportation- breakfast at hotel not worth the cost hower good value for the hotel overall...clean room...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel is in a great location for central Dublin. The rooms are not fancy but are roomy and have everything you need. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but the food from the bar was not.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Good hotel and location . great breakfast. Only criticism: windows only open 2 inches and room can get stuffy ( no AC)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient but issues"
Hotel is in a great location to walk to Dublin sightseeing, but hotel staff from front desk to housekeeping was unhelpful or unreliable. With no a/c windows have to stay open in summer, but hotel has very loud church bells on one side and on the opposite, courtyard side they loudly load and unload trucks at 6:30 each morning. Only hotel in Ireland that […] charged for wifi. Room was adequate size with good bed and bath, TV remote only good within 3 feet of set. Restaurant and bar food seemed oriented to seasoned American tourist tastes. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

We paid for the breakfast. However, we had to check out, before the dinning room opened. I asked for a refund of the breakfast amount and they refused. "Great place to stay while visiting Dublin"
The location was superb. The hop on hop off bus was close by, security was excellent the the staff very helpful. The lobby was inviting and provided a great meeting place for fellow travelers. Wonderful hotel, and the staff were very helpful. When we arrived, our reservation for two rooms could not be found. The staff calmed us and sorted it out in no time! Had us brought a cappuchino while we waited. Our rooms were lovely, comfortable and overlooked Christchurch Cathedral. And, no, the bells did not disturb our sleep!
