The hotel is in a great location for central Dublin. The rooms are not fancy but are roomy and have everything you need. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but the food from the bar was not.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location. Clean comfortable room not far from temple bar area. A little noisy as we were near the elevator.Genuine Expedia guest review
Good hotel and location . great breakfast. Only criticism: windows only open 2 inches and room can get stuffy ( no AC)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient but issues"
Hotel is in a great location to walk to Dublin sightseeing, but hotel staff from front desk to housekeeping was unhelpful or unreliable. With no a/c windows have to stay open in summer, but hotel has very loud church bells on one side and on the opposite, courtyard side they loudly load and unload trucks at 6:30 each morning. Only hotel in Ireland that […] charged for wifi. Room was adequate size with good bed and bath, TV remote only good within 3 feet of set. Restaurant and bar food seemed oriented to seasoned American tourist tastes. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay in central Dublin."
great central location in Dublin. 30 minutes from airport. Comfortable rooms, clean and friendly staff.Genuine Expedia guest review
We paid for the breakfast. However, we had to check out, before the dinning room opened. I asked for a refund of the breakfast amount and they refused. They offered a sack breakfast that was not an acceptable substitute. They would not allow my family to eat in the hotel. I asked where we could eat our sack breakfast and was rudely shown the door. "Great place to stay while visiting Dublin"
The location was superb. The hop on hop off bus was close by, security was excellent the the staff very helpful. The lobby was inviting and provided a great meeting place for fellow travelers. As an American, we are more accustomed to air conditioning in the room, but the temperate was fine as is. Bathrooms were clean and I like the "green" aspect of […] the Jury's hotels. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel needs some modernizing. It was very hot at night even with the window opened. Great location and a good buffet breakfast available.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wonderful stay within walking distance to sights"
Wonderful hotel, and the staff were very helpful. When we arrived, our reservation for two rooms could not be found. The staff calmed us and sorted it out in no time! Had us brought a cappuchino while we waited. Our rooms were lovely, comfortable and overlooked Christchurch Cathedral. And, no, the bells did not disturb our sleep! Nearby, was the Guiness […] factory, St. Patricks, Temple Bar area, Grafton st and a ton of wonderful eateries and places to visit...all in short walking distance! Spent three nights here, was the best accomodations of our stay! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel is in amazing location, friendly and helpful staff. Very satisfied with my stayGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I was very comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Location of hotel was great to all the sites..When I come to Ireland, especially Dublin will stay again. Thank youGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel was nice, however there is no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows only open about an inch. The room was very warm.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The best part of staying at this hotel was its location. The overall hotel was a bit shabby and needs a face lift. The worst part of the stay was the heat. The windows would only open 2 inches and the hotel had the heating system running and it was 75 degress outside. It was very hot and very difficult to sleep. Also, you have to pay for internet services […] on top of the hotel charge with no breakfast included. As stated the main value was in the location. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
We stayed at Jury's Inn Christchurch our last night in Dublin. The Staff was superior at helping us. We arrived early as I had told them we would and our room was ready. Our "card" key worked for our room but they had to reprogram it two different times to go through the door to get to the elevator. Our room was directly across from the church and we […] had a beautiful view. The room was clean and very adequate. Two difficulties/problems were the bathroom door is on a pressurized pneumatic door closure which is harder for handicapped people to open - prefer a regular door. Also, every time the toilet was flushed, the chain inside came off and we had to reconnect it. It is the only hotel out of 9 we stayed at in Ireland which had these problems. Perfect location - we could walk to the Temple Bar area for great food and entertainment, walk to some of the best Dublin shopping areas, easy walk to Dublin Castle, and we were right across the road from Christchurch Cathedral! Had a wonderful stay, and the staff was very helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Excellent location and food service. Lighting in rooms was quite dim, especiallly in the bathroom where the lighting made it difficult to see while shaving. In addition, the bathroom door would not stay open and closed with a force that was uncomfortable to deal with.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was in a great location and had a wonderful staff. The beds were a little hard, but welcome to pretty much any hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
A good hotel with an excellent location. It was right across the street from Christ Church and only about a minutes walk from Temple Bar. There was no free parking but the parking garage was attached to the hotel and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
unannounced fire drill while we were staying at the hotel. Even though the sign in the lobby said to be prepared for an unannounced fire drills on wednesday, this happened on thursday at noon and literally scared the hell out of us. My husband rushed out of the shower once the alarm sounded and threw on clothes over his soaking wet hair and body, then […] when we went out into the hallway we realized all the fire doors had been closed. It appeared to be a real fire for all we knew. That is until we made our way down the fire escape and realized that this was a fire drill from a man in the lobby. We did love the great downtown location and within walking distance of most major Dublin attractions! Christchurch right outside our window was fabulous and I didn't mind the bells chiming at all! We were so tired from all of our touring and walking we didn't notice during the night hardly at all! The view was awesome! Our rates were great...breakfast […] included and it was very good and hot! The only problem we had was that we had a very early flight and needed to leave for the airport by 6 a.m.....the hotel is NOT in charge of the parking garage BUT assured us that it would NOT be a problem leaving at 6 a.m. even though the garage did not open until 7...however, the "arm" would not go up and we were stuck in the garage with other guests who also needed to leave until a parking attendant arrived which was VERY frustrating and we almost missed our flight back to Chicago! You will go through customs at Dublin and that takes quite some time! That was our only misadventure. So beware if you have an early flight...you might not get out of the garage! Otherwise I would recommend the hotel...it has a great restaurant...good food and friendly staff. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"This was free and I feel that I overpaid."
The staff was overworked, uninformed and distinctly unhelpful. A resident of Dublin overheard the conversation between the hotel associate and myself, then stopped me in the street to tell me to report the associate for his rudeness.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Jurys Inn Christchurch"
Would definitely stay here again or at any other of their locations!! The location was great (a bit tricky to get to. We could see it but since we couldn't make a r. turn it took us a bit to get to it). The room was spacious, airy and comfortable! Loved it!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay!!!!"
Had a great time here. People behind desk were wonderful and very helpful. Location was top notch to see everything. We walked all over to everything we wanted to see. Would stay there next time for sure. Be sure to buy the Breakfast when you get there instead of ahead of time.Genuine Expedia guest review
"You get what you pay for it"
The hotel is in a good location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room however is very small. And the bathroom is very basic. We also had problems with the sink not draining. We asked them to fix it but they did not so we had to wash our hands and brush our teeth in the shower. We will not go back.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Generally good place."
This is an excellent location and room was very nice although there is no air conditioning which is fine...its Ireland. But, the windows don't open far enough to let any air in. Service was generally good. First girl we encountered at front desk was a little abrupt, but everyone else we met over our 3 days were exceptional. Breakfast is good but the […] coffee is horrible and we generally like European coffee. Gave up trying to drink it and went for a take out each morning. Note: We used computer in front lobby to print off boarding passes, they charge in 15 min increments. Internet was so slow, we put money in 3 times( A lot was spent just to print passes). When I spoke to the front desk about this, they said it was not their problem that it was an outside company that owned it. One would think that if they are going to offer a service, they should at least be responsible for it!!!!! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel staff was the most unfriendly staff! When we arrived, they said we did order a family room. We showed them our confirmation that stated we did. We then waited 30 minutes in the lobby. My husband had to ask if they had a room ready for us. Then, they finally worked on getting our room for us. When we arrived in our room, it did not have a double […] for our children. We waited another half our for them to move us. We got one apology and that was that! There was one gentleman at the front that smiled when we entered or left the hotel. Great location across the road from the beautiful Christchurch Cathedral, large, clean rooms and friendly staff. The only negative is a lack of air-conditioning - with the windows open, traffic noise is a problem.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel is very centrally located but not noisy at night time. Our room was booked as a double and we got a double and a single bed in it! The check in was very busy at 2pm but service was good. Room was very clean and spacious. TV channels were analogue so looked dated. Bed was comfy. Room was warm at night time but we just left the window open. We had a great stay. This hotel is in a very good location. We had lovely views from our rooms (we stayed two separate times, each for one night) and the suites were gorgeous. (Notice I said "suites" because we ended up having to get a more expensive room because of last minute booking). Breakfasts were good, staff very helpful and friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

stayed in a family room, spotlessly clean and lovely decor. great value except it s not highlighted when you book or arrive that you must pay for the carpark as it is a public carpark attached to the hotel ! family room located beside the lift , as a result it was very noisy and we didn t get much sleep with people running the corridors making lots […] of noise. having said all that i probably would stay in the hotel again, great location and easy access to city centre Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice location, clean, friendly staff."
The hotels is fantastic for what we paid. It is walking distance to the Temple Bar District and some shops. The bus 747 is a 2 minute walk from the hotel, it goes to the airport. The staff is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. The only negative that I would say is that it gets a bit busy, check in is at 14:30, and a lot of people are checking […] in at the same time. I was quite tired when arriving and would have liked to have an earlier check in. However, when waiting we were able to explore the city and went to the Guinness factory - well worth a visit. "Clean city centre hotel"
Ideally situated by Dublin Castle a short walk from the city's shops and pubs. The hotel is clean and well kept. The double bed was on the small side and could be more comfortable. "Overpriced standard room"
Excellent location for this hotel being a 5 minute walk to most bars pubs and shops in Dublin. The hotel itself was standard and from the price of the room I expected it to be much nicer.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Loved the hotel. Very clean, modern, stylish and comfortable. Only issues were noise being close to the lift and the room temperature was too hot and there was no thermostat. Also could do with a fridge in the room. Was surprised there was no free wifi especially in the public areas. I would definitely stay at this hotel again though.Genuine Expedia guest review
