"Nice Warm Indoor Pool"

We chose this hotel due to the proximity to Wolfchase Galleria Mall and the indoor pool. The Pool was warm and my daughters enjoyed it. There was a small spa pool and a larger pool that was decent sized for young children. The Front Desk service were very nice. They were supposed to call us with some information, but they never did. It was a minor inconvenience in my opinion. The things I didn't like were the maids only seem to come by once in a day. We were in the room when they came the first time. I told them to come back later but they never did come back. On another day, I put the card to not replace my sheets on the bed, but they did not make the beds up either. They did change out the towels that day though. The other issue I had was that there was a roach in the tub when we arrived. It was alive, so it probably arrived after the room was last cleaned, but still I didn't like having it there.

When we drove up to the hotel, it was covered with tarps. Apparently, several months ago the roof received some tornado damage. The general appearance of the hotel was dingy. Baggage cart were broken, door glass was streaked and dirty. I've seen better accommodations at Motel 6.

Staff was friendly and very accomodating. Neither computers in the business office were working but fromt desk allowed me to use the office PC and printer. Bed was comfortable although the mini kitchen appliances could use a little updating.

The pool and hot tub were very nice. The location is great,lots of shopping close by and good places to eat as well. I expected there to be more on the breakfast buffet but what they had was good.

We have stayed at this hotel before and liked it so well that we recommended it to others on our travel baseball team. The only complaint is that we made reservations, the whole team ended up getting rooms there......and the others got the rooms for $20.00 less a night than we did.

Clean, spacious room. Awesome HD tv. Very close to restaraunts, right next to a very good Shoguns. Close to the galleria. Good service. King size bed was comfortable. Only complaint was noisy guests above us. Otherwise, great stay. Will definitely return.

My first room in the hotel was still undergoing renovations, however the hotel staff was quick to correct this oversight and placed me in a fine alternate without any fuss. My entire floor smelled like paint, however that will surely pass once "the dust settles". I stayed in Cordova because of business travel, and the hotel had easy access to the highway and the client site. It was easy to get to and from the hotel on the night I drove into Memphis. I would recommend it to friends or family passing through, but not business associates who are much more discriminate during travel than I am.

This hotel needs a complete renovation. Carpets were old & dirty, floors needed cleaning and, our room smelled like it was underwater at one point. We will never return to this hotel.

I was reluctant to book this Hotel because of the bad review on hotels.com. A friend of mine assured me that this was a good place to stay.My friend was right! The Staff was very professional,helpful,and friendly.The room was spacious,clean,and comfortable. The long hallway must have sparked a phobia in the previous guest that gave the bad review.I found his/her complaints to be unwarranted. The hotel has a great location! It was easy to get to.It had a lot of nice restaraunts nearby.And there were miles of Shopping Centers up and down the street!

Several rooms on the hallway were partially open w/the door locks hanging out- weird/creepy as you walked up the hall like someone was lurking to jump out at you. Hallway was musty/old smelling. Room was o.k....Drain in tub was very slow; shower was like being urinated on or what I can imagine that to be like- came out in one stream. Beds were damp feeling- more than just the humidity. I hope to never stay there again!

The entire facility is shabby and needs a major overhaul. The floors are uneven, the carpets worn. There was mold in the bathroom. The chair in the sitting area was broken. The TV was placed in a very awkward position that blocked easy access to the sleeping area. The fan in the bathroom came on with the light and was very noisy. We had planned to stay two nights but left after one. We won't go back.

1. Upon entering the hotel, I stumbled on the tile in the foyer. I would've flatten my face if someone had not been in front of me and almost caused them to fall. 2. The carpet in the elevator, hallway and rooms were extremely dirty and stained. 3. The pool looked like it had snot floating in it.

Overall the hotel was very nice and clean and we had a pleasant stay. My only complaint was the desk clerk stayed on a lengthy, obviously personal phone call while I was standing at counter to ask a question. I finally gave up and walked away. The morning breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Only two complaints. The toilet did not have a seat cover. The freezer appeared to need defrosting plus the fridge seems to only be cool, not cold.

Staff there are very nice and willing to help in any way, but the rooms are in desperate need of repair. There was a recliner in the room I stayed in and it looked like it had been there since the hotel was built!!! Covered with stains, not clean at all. Recommend truck drivers, construction workers etc. folks that are jsut going to be there for a very short period of time to rest, clean up. Great waffels and a good hot breakfast!

For the one night hotel was adequate. Beds comfortable. Hallways dark or dingy looking. Carpets worn. No lids on toliet seats to keep towels etc. from falling in. Breakfast excellent with great staff.

Overall good hotel. One of the pocket doors was missing, extra linens for sofa bed were dirty and beds could be more comfortable. Rooms are large and free breakfast is really great. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Someone had thrown-up in the swimming pool and it was closed the nite we arrived. However, the next morning it was open with caution tape stretched across the shallow end, however 'it' was still floating in that area. We did not enter the pool, but several other families did and I would think this was a health concern. We were ofcourse disappointed as I chose this hotel due to the indoor pool for the children.
