Comfortable bed, good service and breakfast is okay too. Room is spacious, but missing a desk. While using the table in the "kitchen," it is impossible to see the TV because of the layout. Overall, a good stay.

We stayed here before (while they were renovating) and were impressed then. This will be our "go to" motel whenever we have a family event in this part of the state. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous without being "over the top". Combined with the proximity to shopping and a variety of eateries, the location is excellent for us.

I saw some decent reviews on this particular hotel. I liked some amenities they provided which allowed me to make the decision in the first place. However I was sadly disappointed in a lot of factors. When I checked in and arrived to my room it was not what was described in the details upon choosing this specific room. Missing: couch with a pull out […] bed. The telephone was not working and when I requested for more towels because there was a total of three of us. He brought two small towels. Not after having attitude in and explaining that he's going have to look for some. I also explained that the phone was not working and he felt bothered with this too. I was upset that I didn't get the room I wanted with the pull out couch and when I asked for a roll away bed again the man at the front desk had an attitude. I ended up canceling an order for a bed when I read it was $10 just for it and didn't even bother pressing the issue of my phone in the room. I was just disgusted with the lack of professionalism in the place. The sheets where stained and the breakfast they "served" was ridiculous. The beds needed to be replaced, if you got too close to the edge the mattress would give and you'd feel as if you were falling. The odor if the room was horrible. I felt like I stepped into my attic; stuffy and old. Really need to step it up Ramada! Read more

Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool was large but the water was quite cool so the kids could not stay in long at all. The chlorine level was very, very high so even if you were not swimming you could not stay in the pool area without your eyes watering. The room itself felt dated. it looked as though it had been re-habbed a bit but still felt old. the bathroom was tiny, with the sink out in the open to the rest of the room (a very dated setup). there was also little or no soundproofing as we heard conversations in the hallway all night long.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past three years for an event we attend every February. It is nothing fancy, but it is a decent hotel at a fair price. (They are in the process of upgrading the carpeting in the entire hotel.) The management has always been attentive when we've needed anything. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Arrived late in the evening and check in was smooth, staff was friendly. Didn't get any sleep, bed was hard as a rock...might as well have slept on floor. Bathroom so small you can't turn around in it. Hair dryer didn't work. Breakfast was just ok...nothing special. Hotel was old and rundown, Room seemed unclean and the 80's called and want the bedspread and furniture back. Floor creaked, carpet was bunched up. Room was next to the elevator AND ice machine not very quiet. I would recommend you stay at any other property in Canton besides this place.

It's a shame we arrived late and didn't have much time there - out by 9:00 the next morning. Breakfast was good, but they ran out of plates so they got us small cereal bowls, which is where I ate eggs and everything else. […] Not as convenient as a plate, but it sufficed. Hotel clerk Neil was very helpful when I had rental car problems. Housekeeping was very good and the breakfasts were all a traveler could want. The jacuzzi did not seem to have enough chlorine. All in all I really liked the operation.

Everything about this hotel is old. For the first time in many years, I had to fill out a registration card. The bathroom was the smallest that I have ever seen. The shower head was barely 5'0" above the tub. Old furniture and old carpet. I would never stay there again.
