The hotel is nice and clean. The desk service is outstanding. And the housekeeping staff does a fine job though they sometimes showed up at inconvenient times. Breakfast was pretty good; my one complaint would be that they put vegetarian and non-vegetarian items together under the same cover, no big deal for some of you. There are only two problems […] with the hotel, and unfortunately neither of them can be fixed, so make sure they don't bother you before you book rooms. 1. The hotel is not all that close to the center of Nicosia. You'll pay anywhere from 7-12 Euros for taxi each way, depending on the time of day. Eventually I got into the habit of walking. It's really only 45 minutes to the old city, which isn't terrible, but the problem is that the route isn't meant for walking and you have to make a couple of semi-perilous dashes across busy roads, especially dangerous if like me you aren't used to the British system in Cyprus of cars driving on the left-hand side. 2. The other unfixable problem... The architectural design of the hotel is nice as well. The problem is that the rooms are arranged around the lobby as if around a courtyard, and that central space is open from ground floor to roof without intervening floor barriers. In other words, even if you're on, say, the 3rd floor, you'll be hearing all the lobby noise. If you're a light sleeper it could be a problem, and on New Year's Eve it was a major major problem for me because the hotel became like a concert hall. Read more

This hotel is marketed as a business hotel. I booked this room just to make sure I had a quality internet connection for a Lync video conference business meeting. To my surprise, even the wired ethernet cabling supported a max outboud speed of 380 kbps verified upload speed. My video call was so bad I had to continue by phone. Had to check out for a […] better option. There are other business hotels in Nicosia supporting 5Mbps upload/download links (more than 10 times the speed of the costly Hilton internet link), which I will use for later business video conferencing. This hotel Needs major refurbishment. The Gym is very good but the rest is poor and rather dated and worn out, Rooms are smelly, poor waste plumbing I think. Location makes it a good bet if you have business in Nicisoa and don't plan to spend any time in the hotel except to sleep and will be eating elsewhere. Staff disinterested in the customers. I have stayed at this hotel for 2 days, 30/12 and 31/12. First day was excellent on everything although second day, new years eve I didn't manage to sleep at all. There was an event taking place at the Hotel with all youngsters between ages 16-21 attending just outside of our door! I think the hotel management should have informed me or at least to […] give me a room away from this. Event finished at 09:00 so I managed to sleep just a coupe of hours before check out. they should remove a star from this hotel. dusty room, old furniture, old carpet, nothing special about the room. very good service, exellent behaviour from staff. i think that i will never go back again. most of the rooms dont have verandas, it feels like you are in a ship

I stayed at the Hilton Park on business in August 2011. I had stayed there before and was satisfied with the service. However, this time was a little different. During the 2 days of my stay, my phone did receive any incoming calls. Since I was there on business, receiving incoming calls was important. After contacting the front desk, they responded. […] There were 3 guys (none of whom seemed to know what they were doing) in my room. So my room was crowded and loud while I attempted to work on my laptop. Well, in 2 days, the problem was never resolved. At no time did they offer to allow me to make outgoing calls at no charge or any compensation, and I was so busy trying to make up for the shortfall in service, I never had time to bring up the issue myself. The hotel was too far from the city and the staff were not helpful. Normally the Hilton's main selling point is thier breakfast but in this case even the breakfast was not good. The staff although polite were just too busy to actually help. Overall not impressed by this and would not suggest to people.

Unfortunately my wife and I spent three nights over the Easter weekend when all amenities, restaurants etc in the vicinity were closed. This meant that we had to take all our meals at the Hotel - this got a bit boring in terms of variety. Otherwise the Hotel is well placed to visit the various tourist attractions in and around Nicosia.

This is a very good hotel with comfortable rooms and good service. The swimming pool, although busy, was perfect for a refreshing swim. The breakfast was simply great, just as somebody would expect from a Hilton Hotel.

El hotel en general tiene buenas instalaciones, piscina, gimnasio, etc pero son poco limpios y está muy lejos del centro de Nicosia. Mal conectado con autobuses, solo taxi. Alrededores con pocos servicios, restaurantes o tiendas. No me gustó
