Perfect location, very clean, friendly staff. A lot of noisy youngsters in the corridors (returning from bars at night?). ALL sounds heard from neighboring rooms. Good breakfast but when leaving in a hurry, I realized only afterwards that no receipt was given for breakfasts which were paid separately. Strange practice.

This hotel is in a great location (right next to the Train Station), so it is easy to get there if you are traveling from out of town. The hotel staff was very helpful in explaining how to get a round Heidelberg using the bus system (quite good actually). Good place to stay. Convenient to everywhere easy to find by train station. Nice staff. FREE PARKING. No wifi in rooms you have to go to the lobby to get on line. But the price makes up for going to the lobby for access.

Stayed here for one night. It is right next door to the train station, so good location. You can hear the conductor announcements at night so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to consider this. I, however, didn't mind it at all. It's next to the DB station. You can drop your baggage before going to the old town, where it takes just 5 min by tram. The room is a little small, but good for the price. I had read from other reviewers here that the bathrooms were small but i I didn't think they would be this small. I am 188cm tall and i had to sit sideways on the toilet. You really feel cramped in the whole room. On the other hand staff were very friendly and helpful, I had a problem with my tv and they took care of right it rightaway.

Me and my husband stayed 7 days at this hotel and enjoyed ourselves. Cleaniness of rooms. Great staff and convenience to transportation. I highly recommend this hotel. I plan on a return visit next year.

This stay was just what we expected...our room was small but workable and the staff was very polite, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful which is a plus. The old city was just a short tram ride away from the hotel. THe Heidelberg castle was a delight and worth the tram and funiculare ride.

An affordable hotel and located within easy reach of the centre of Heidelberg. The hotel facilities were fine. The room was rather small and there was no kettle, which was a little disappointing. The hotel overlooks the railway station, but we were not disturbed by the trains at all which was impressive.

We expected breakfast to be included in the price we paid, but was extra at an exorbitant rate. So we went next door to MacCafe. It was also 3 kms from the "old town" which wasn't indicated when we booked.

The hotel was basic but cheap. We were in a non smoking room but there was smoking in the corridors which crept under the door and our room smelt of smoke. There was no kettle or safe in the room.

The room was very small, the bathroom was tiny, and the bed was hard as a rock. But it was cheap and right next go the train station, which would be nice if I did t drive there. It's a 5 minute bus/train ride to the old city, so it's not too far from anything good, but I wouldn't pick this hotel over others closer to the castle.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station. It takes about 20 mins to walk into the heart of Heidelberg and the old town area. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable but the room itself was very small. We barely had room to store our luggage anywhere but in the way. We had to continually move it out of our way. There was a large port-hole style window in the bathroom without any covering which made privacy an issue and there were two holes in the shower doors to use as handles- I'm not sure who thought that putting holes in a shower door was a good idea because it just leaves the floor very wet. 역 바로 옆에 있고 관광을 위한 Information center도 바로 앞에 있습니다. 하이델베르크 성에는 차로 10분정도면 갈 수 있습니다. 자차를 이용하실 꺼면 주차는 호텔 뒷편으로 돌아 가셔야 합니다. 호텔 앞에도 주차공간이 있으나 10대 정도 밖에 못 세웁니다.

Für uns war eine gute, zentrale Anbindung wichtig, und die hatte man am HBF definitiv. 1,10 mit dem -City-Ticket bis in die Altstadt. Das Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend groß. Allein das Badezimmer hätte etwas größer sein dürfen. Beim Frühstück war eine ansprechende Auswahl angerichtet.
