Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.

We chose this hotel because it was closer to city center than most others and about half the nightly rate. The room was very clean and bed was pretty comfortable, good water pressure, etc. Furniture and linens were a bit aged but that was no problem. The ice machine wasn't working but the owner of the hotel was kind enough to fill our ice bucket out of her own freezer. Biggest problem with this room was that there was no thermostat, and it was VERY warm the second night. We were able to get the window open a little, but it was about 15 degrees warmer than we would have preferred. Very quick and easy drive to all the major shopping/dining in Burlington. Overall, this motel met our needs and saved us quite a bit of money over the other options. I would stay there again.
Location.
Conveniently near the airport in Mississauga, Monte Carlo Inn Airport Suites is close to Mississauga Convention Centre. Additional area attractions include Rose Theatre and Playdium.

Clean rooms, large TV, only problem was that we couldn't get any internet service until the day we left 4 days later. That kinda suck...

It was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good. Parking was great. It's a little out of the way, but there are a number of restaurants and movie theatres nearby. I'd stay there again short term.

Heat in the room was impossible to maintain - either too hot or too cold. The Monte Carlo Inn Airport Suited in Mississauga was a nice enough hotel. Probably beyond their control, I found a long black hair in the bath tub upon arrival and another one folded up in a face cloth. One thing that I was surprised about is that a hotel of this calibre would use dinky paper cups in their rooms and then charge a deposit for the use […] of real glasses and THEN charge you for washing the glass. Their buffet breakfast is misleading all it is basically coffee and toast. A continental breakfast. I chose this hotel because it was a great price, but also becuase it had an fitness room. I was very disappointed that none of the machines worked. They were all outdated. The cables of the universal machine were actually frayed. I love my workouts. I was really disappointed for the four nights we stayed there

"BAD Customer Service"
Horrible Front Desk - NOT FRIENDLY, very HOSTILE, RUDE and stubborn. Breakfast: Microwave was broken. Toaster oven was broken, so forget warm breakfast...Couldn't even toast a slice of bread or bagel. I thought the hotel was a great deal especially compared with Toronto downtown alternatives. If you are travelling to or from airport , it is pretty close. If your trip includes trips to downtown Toronto, be prepared for long trips as traffic is horrendous and could be measured in at least hours at peak times. "Clean Sheets"
I needed an airport hotel and chose poorly. Challenges: Horrible location too far from airport; $8.00 charge for shuttle; kitchen closes at 10:00 - impossible when arriving from the west coas; very old room, especially electrics, impossible to plug in laptop or cell phone without moving furniture, loud in room air/heat. "The Monte Carlo - A clean and easy place to stay"
The Monte Carlo Inn Airport Suites was surprisingly a great value for such comfort. We stayed in a double room - the room was very clean (without that musty hotel room smell), and the beds were very comfortable. We will be staying with them again!
"Toronto Hotel on a budget"
The hotel was a bit dated and had small but clean comfortable rooms. There is a restaurant on site and it is not close to anything in Toronto but not far from the 401 or the airport. for the money it is a great deal especially if you factor in the free parking. We would stay there again and I would recommend it to friends.
"Not as expected"
The staff was friendly, and the hotel wasn't bad, but the bed was not as advertised. I booked three nights because hotels.com advertised they had sleep number mattresses, and that was not the case. They were really nice and let us check out after one night, and refunded our $ for the other two nights.

"Convenient location"
I booked this hotel because this was relatively inexpensive and close to downtown Toronto. The location suited my purpose of visiting friends in and around Toronto. The bed was comfortable and the cleanliness was okay. There were several places to eat nearby, even late at night. Breakfast was decent. "FLEAS and Wet Moldy carpet odor required new room"
Within 5 minutes of getting into our room, we told the Front desk about the wet moldy carpet odor and returned to the room. Ten minutes later, while sitting on the bed watching TV, we felt something crawling on our legs (FLEAS ?). We went back to the Front desk and they immediately gave us a new room. The new room was much better until we bent over […] to turn the Air Conditioner on. A There was a nasty smelling odor coming from the AC vent. We had to retrieve some Febreeze and spray the vent as we were too tired to go looking for another hotel. "Bad choice"
This hotel is not fit for a three star rating. There is a hidden cost to their continental breakfast. If you want to eat eggs, you have to pay for it. They will not tell you this if you dont ask. Because I had read a review about this egg issue before I checked in, it helped me when the hostess asked if I wanted eggs. i asked her if i would need to […] pay for that, and she answered in the affirmative. The room i checked into was smelling so bad when we opened the door. i called downstairs to request for a different room, but the clerk told me point blank that they had no other rooms. He said he would send someone up, to come and spray the room. The refridgerator in the room was the dorm size, and smelling too. The light by the door entrance was burnt. The towels provided were so inferior, so i would advice anyone checking into the hotel to take along their towels. The ice machine was broken, you have to go down to the lobby to get ice. "Need to upgrade exercise equipment"
Restuarant is great and service is wonderful. I love to get a small work out in each evening and not one machine in the exercise room worked. I wont stay there any more
"Right Price"
Looked for a reasonably price hotel outside Toronto and you get what you pay for. Small but clean room, very inexpensive. Nice staff.

This is a very nice business airport convenient hotel. It is a commute to any area attractions and the hotel is entirely set up for business/airport stopover travellers and not particularly families or tourists- i.e. no pool and a remote "tarmac" locale.

"Not a good experience"
This hotel was not friendly to a tourist traveller. They clearly had a known business clientele they cater to but did not seem very friendly at all to others. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The service was abrupt and unfriendly. The air conditioning was loud, very cold and difficult to regulate because you could not read the knobs and some were broken. "wedding stayover"
Five sisters and some of their children met from many parts of Canada to attend a wedding of one of the sisters. Early check-in was arranged and all of our requests were met with a smile and prompt service. Price was AWESOME. Thanks.

This is a great hotel, but not near any tourist attractions. Neighborhood is blah suburban sprawl with few restaurants,etc. to walk to and those available require a walk along a 50 mph speed limit road.

We were trying to break up our trip back to the US from the Montreal Jazz Festival. This hotel was clean and conveniently located past the city ... so once we negotiated the construction and traffic we didn't have to get back into it. We really enjoyed the courtesy, helpfullness and warmth of the entire staff...especially the lobby staff. The continental free breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the coffee was vey good. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to all.

bed was nice cize, LCD TV,overall it was great , one bad thing was that my room wasnt very clean. They didnt clean the bath tub well,i found hair and traces from soap and stuff.coffee maker wasnt clean too but for the price the hotel is great.

There are so many of these hotels with the same name and "west" of airport that the WEST location I went to was not the one I talked to when using their 800 number from the toronto airport.
