it was an excellent stay. We would stay their again. Nice accommodations. Room was large.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great for a Family of 5 or 6"
We were pleasantly surprised. Our room was huge--3 king beds with a bathroom, kitchenette, couch & gas fireplace. The only downside is that is apart from the main hotel and up a flight of stairs. This would not be good for someone with a wheelchair or who could not carry luggage upstairs. The beds were really comfortable & there were 2 TVs so we didn't […] all have to watch the same thing. Everything was very clean. It's not easy to find a room that fits a family of 5 & this was fantastic. The hotel is located in a great part of Moab--walkable to everything. The pool was also great--outside, which was nice with the great weather we had. Breakfast was the standard hotel fare. The staff at breakfast & the front desk were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This was a last minute booking. Hotels.com was great helping me book when I got all mixed up online. I first called the hotel to book it but to go through them would have been 25.00 more. As for the hotel. I love'd it. Friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas, heated outdoor pool. Thats important traveling with kids. Don't think I could have afforded […] to many nights though. We are on a 7 day trip so it really ate into our budget. The Best Western we are in right now in Susanville CA definitely a few steps down. That's a whole nother review. Oh Pasta Jays right out front. Awesome food! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not your mom & dads hotel"
I remember staying at Best Western hotels with my parents on car vacations. Now its all air planes and resorts. This is NOT one of those. The property is up to date and well maintained. Rooms and furnishings were new and clean. Breakfast included warm eggs and meats and staff that kept it all well stocked and clean. And for you bike riders, there is […] locked bike storage that is so clean you'll be amazed. They even have an inside bike maintenance room complete with stainless tables and compressed air at the ready. Resturants are right out the front door up and down Main St. And oh yeah, they have a pool and hot tub too! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed in a suite...it was beautiful and roomy enough for the 5 people we were with. Breakfast was included and the location was great!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"able to walk to a variety of shops and restaurants"
amazing. We had a wonderful time at your hotel. The staff was so helpful. Your comp breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety. Something for everyone. Our room was so clean and our view was breathtaking at night. Thanks to all the Staff for making our mini vacation a huge success.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to sites"
Nice hotel, but wasn't worth the $220 per night before taxes. Breakfast remained the same for the whole stay, and was very simple. Coffee quality wasn't good. The room was located close to the lobby and vending machines and was very noisy throughout the day and night. The hotel is located right at the city center and close to sites and restaurants.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not for cyclists"
Our issue was the handling of our bicycles and general hostile attitude of the staff toward our needs. When we checked in to the hotel we asked about biking trails.During the check in process and discussion of biking trails we were not told we were not allowed to have our road bikes in our room. We found about this restriction and the many rules related […] to bicycles the next day when we had a nasty letter in our room threatening a $200 fine if we did not remove our bicycles to the storage area. Of course we complied with the arduous requirement to leave our expensive road bikes in a basement storage. The storage area was secure. We often had to wait for the staff to either obtain our bikes or to drop them off. Many people at the hotel left their bicycles locked on their car racks, rather then go thru the process. There are also restrictions on where the bikes can be in the hotel. There is only one approved area to access the bike storage area, which is an outside stairs. Every morning the entrance was blocked with laundry containers. The hotel does have a repair room, with compressed air. I can't imagine how difficult it is to use that, since the hotel staff is busy and stays with you while in the basement. For a cyclist, this would be a hotel of last resort and we will not return here in the fall when we return to Moab, which is a great biking area. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best Western Canyonlands"
This hotel was the nicest hotel we've stayed at in Moab. It was super comfortable, very clean, and in the best location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Stayed for 1 night while visiting Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. From the warm reception of the front desk staff to the smooth check out, everything was perfect. Very convenient location, ample parking. Room with 2 queen beds was spacious and spotless clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, slept like a baby! The 2 sinks, one outside, […] the other inside of the bath were a nice touch and convenient. The front desk staff is very courteous and has excellent recommendations for places to eat, stock up with groceries, directions, etc. Can't ask for more! Will stay there again during the next visit! This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel while visiting Arches National Park. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, the price is very reasonable, especially given that it includes a very generous breakfast that would have cost at least $30 per day for my family of three. "Good hotel near the National Parks"
Hotel is very conveniently located, very comfortable and clean. Bathroom appeared to be renovated recently, very large and well maintained. Breakfast was included and very reasonable. There are restaurants and supermarkets close by the hotel, but we really liked Sunset Grill, which is at the other side of the city, nice views and great food.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Too bad it was cold when I stayed. They had an awesome patio with firepit and the pool and sauna looked nice too. Recently upgraded or remodeled. Everything looked new/newer. Friendly staff. The man making breakfast was excellent. Even on busy mornings, he had more eggs coming right up. This hotel is very conveniently located for everything in the heart of Moab. The check-in was very smooth and the staff was friendly. My room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. "Pricy but well-kept"
Still relatively expensive for Utah -- this is not Manhattan. Lots of bus tour travelers staying at this hotel. Was woken up early in the morning by tour buses running loud engines in front of my window. Very friendly staff though and decent breakfast on nice patio above lobby. Pricy but well kept place in the heart of Moab.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice motel with GREAT service!"
Upon arrival, the staff was very informative and helpful concerning the area, their hotel and restaurants. Then, after departing, I realized I had left my cell phone in the room. The front desk clerk retrieved the phone, informed me that she had found it, and took it herself to have it sent "over night" back to me in Ohio. She was both pleasant and […] competent, and I was truly grateful! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Everything was great.... clean, safe, convenient but a tad pricey in my book. Also, the internet was slow.. slow.. slow. They need to upgrade their bandwidth capabilities frankly. I'd stay there again tho!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel. It had a full breakfast in the morning and the beds were fantastic. I didn't want to get up in the morning. It is located right in the middle of the city and is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and stores. I would definately stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Stay at Best Western in Moab, Utah"
The facilities were nice and centrally located. The second floor elevator does not go to the second floor for a luggage stop. We had to hand carry the luggage from the breakfast dining area to the second floor. The breakfast was good but a little crowded.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Loved everything about it! The breakfast room outdoors offered a great view of the city. Chocolate chip cookies in the evening was a nice touch. Very friendly staff. Great location to Arches NP and center of Moab.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Our friends and we found our rooms very comfortable and clean. We could walk to many dining places, so it was convenient. Bathrooms with two sink areas were very nice. Would stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great place.. Great location!"
This property is very nice compared to other hotels in Moab. The pool is a little small but was covered which was nice for the season. The staff were very friendly & accommodating to all our needs. The rooms were nice & clean but the bathrooms are a little tight especially getting kids in & out of the tub. The continental breakfast was adequate. The […] hotel is going thru renovations but we were not inconvenienced by it. The price was extremely high but we were there for a special event & understand the price increase, maybe it could have been a little lower! Overall we enjoyed it & would stay here again. "Hotel under construction - Still a solid choice"
We came to stay for 2 nights to attend a baseball camp in the area. The hotel is under major construction - Thus it is very difficult to know - where to park in order to get into the lobby. When we mentioned it to the hotel staff, they got defensive, and said "We posted signs" What they didn't know - is the construction workers had blocks all the signs. […] Once we did check in the staff member that handled us was very good, and seemed to the the manager of the original defensive employee - The rooms are clean and comfortable - and the location is central to everywhere. I wish I had known a head of time that it would be difficult to check in. I wasn't expecting that. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"its okay, but just a little overpriced"
Stayed 5 nights in October 2011. Generally a good experience. We had a first floor room, and the walls, ceilings are a bit thin, some noise problems, manager did take care of it when it got too crazy. Breakfast was good for the "freebie" category, better than some, but not gourmet. It was crowded most mornings. Room was typical for a B.W. Motel, decent […] flatscreen TV, plenty of room. "Pros and Cons"
This hotel is very convenient to the parks but also local dining options. With a family of 4 we thought the three room suite would be great. However there is really just one big room, including a bed, and a separate bedroom. Just one bath. It was clean but the interior doors were noisy and the breakfast room was stifling hot. "Comfortable and convenient"
This is our second stay at Best Western Canyonlands and we have had a positive experience each time. "Best Western in Moab"
Upon check in, we were told repeatedly that we needed to show military I.D. I had mistakenly booked us under a rate that required government I.D. At no time did the woman at check in ask for government I.D., which my husband has but did not have with him. She only requested military I.D., and it wasn't till we got to our room and I rechecked the website […] that we saw it was any government I.D. So watch it on this hotel; her attitude was like we were stupid and she was doing us a huge favor by redoing our reservation, even though they were not very busy. She was helpful, however, when we asked for a room in a quiet area, having spent the two previous nights in noisy hotels; we were hoping to get some sleep! Our room was good sized and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. There is something wrong with the doors to the rooms. Not only do they have a metal threshold, more like an outside entrance than indoor, but when closed, our door had a large gap, and from the hallway never looked completely closed. It didn't ever feel secure. This hotel also has a very odd layout. The breakfast is in a room on the second floor. We stayed on the second floor, yet had to walk up two short flights of steps to get to breakfast. So we wouldn't recommend staying on the second floor if you can't do stairs, because you will have to manage at least four steps to get from the rooms to breakfast. We did appreciate the breakfast. There were two gentlemen there doing the cooking right where you could watch them. Decent amount of choices, and the food was pretty good. The location is right in the middle of Moab. All in all, it was a good place to stay for our trip to Arches National Park. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
