"Good place"
The stay was amazing ! It was so relaxing and the hotel rooms were just so enjoying like the view was real beautiful . The pools were so big that just about as many as people could've played & swim in the water .

"Pick another hotel"
Checked in late, around 10 pm. Only one person atfront desk. There was 1 person already at the desk complaining about something. ( I stayed back as not to overhear conversation) The phone was ringing non stop as she was trying to deal with the issue in front of her and she did not interrupt the lady and tried to resolve the problem. Waited for 15 minutes then checked in and was given keys. Super fast check in, only about 1 minute. As I turned around a man started yelling at the poor woman for not picking up the phone. So another issue for her. Not a very good impression for my first and last visit. As we walked down the hall to our room the smell still lingered from the elevator and I noticed how disgustingly dirty it was. We got to the door to our room and the doors were heavy and nice. I figured the room would be quiet. Opened up the door and immediately found ourselves with a new odor. The room smelled as if no one has opened it up in a long while. Tried to find the lights but when I flipped the switch nothing happened. Found the bathroom light, turned it on and tried to locate the other lights. All worked once I plugged them all in. Which then I had to pull out the nightstand. I don't think they have ever cleaned underneath (they were on legs so the carpet was easily seen. Now my hands are dirty. Then I start looking around. Everything was dusty. I'm not one to complain, I just don't return

Room was filthy A/C unit leaked all down the wall smelled like mildew, all the amenities that were there the last time I stayed here were gone except 1 restaurant with wasn't exactly great anyone.

"Closest to downtown Disney."
I choose the hotel based on price but the resort fee and parking were not a bargain. Refuse valet parking. Restaurant selection needs work. This is one of the closest hotels to Downtown Disney.

The room always seemed very humid and the sliding doors had a lot of salt streaks on them. In order to take the humid mustiness out of the room we had to have the air turned down to 65 and then that was extremely cold. The staff were very polite and helpful!

"Total disappointment"
Saturday morning, left the room for the day. We returned about 4 pm and the room had not been serviced. We called housekeeping and told them that we would be going out again shortly and if they could send housekeeping, to which they agreed. We reurned about 8 pm and the room had still not been cleaned. We were totally disappointed, packed and departed immediately. This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever.

"A disappointment"
Not a happy camper! First problem was the pricing, but, whatevs. The room was dirty. The fuzz growing out of the vents in the B Room was matched by the fuzz on the blades of the fan. The Remote for the TV did not work. The Balcony was scuzzy from front to back! The handrail looked like it had never met soap and water. The floor was grody the table had schmutz, the cushions were filthy and the door had the semi dried sweat of someone who had leaned against it! I said something to the front desk. "It is not up to the standard I expect from Disney. I know you'll take care of it, I know you'll take care of me for it." Wrong on both counts! Cleaning the balcony was taking the cushions away and rubbing a dirty rag against the door to smudge the sweat stain image. The Remote was replaced with a remote that was only less bad than the one that was there! The channels only went up, not down. On top of this is the fact that Disney (DISNEY!) is stuck in the 1980's! No USB ports? No pen or paper! And that telephone, it's practically prehistoric! I told them at the front desk that it was only marginally better, front desk had no record of my concerns. Pathetic! Beautiful view. Terrible parking. A disappointment to say the least.

"Remember hotel as better in the past"
room priced reasonable at $125 but excess charges questionable. Additional $29 for internet, parking, etc. We arrived at 1:00AM and left 7 hours late the same day and didn't use any of their services. Parking lot wide open and internet not used. Multiple taxes on room. They tack on an addition $75 deposit. Free money float for the hotel. Breakfast was good but quite expensive. Room OK but door handle to outside baloney broken. Couldn't shut the door fully to keep in the cool air.

"Not That Great American Hotel."
Room was smelly and somewhat dirty. Hotel was dirty in hallways and by elevator. Cheap bed, pillows and bathroom towels. Overall, a decent 3 star hotel but not 4.

"Very noisy"
This is the second visit within 6 months and again it was very noisy and we got very little sleep The 1st time we stayed in the hotel and had gotten woken up at 4:30 am by slamming doors and kids screaming. The second visit we asked for a room that might be less noisy and they suggested staying at the recreation building but it was worse again loud kids and parents again very little sleep. The hotel is getting very tired looking and needs some up dating

"Not as good as it could be...."
I had higher expectations for this Hotel. I stayed here for a long weekend, to visit Disney World. Even though the hotel was not crowded, our little section of the hall was. It seems like, rather than space us out, the guests all got put in next to each other. The walls are paper thin, and the constant banging of people going into and out of the rooms was ridiculous. Management could definitely space the guests out better for everyone's comfort. There's not much they can do at this point about the sound level from room to room, but at least fix the doors so they don't bang so hard when they close.

"Will not stay here again."
We had multiple issues with the room. The carpet by the bed was soaked from the A/C, there was hair on the walls in the shower, sliding door VERY difficult to open and the refrigerator was not plugged in. Hotel staff was very accommodating about all the issues. Location of the Hotel is wonderful as it is just across the street from Downtown Disney!

"Not all it's cracked up to be!"
This hotel had great reviews so we decided to book a room for two nights. We were highly disappointed, the room was disgusting with holes in the walls, parking was ridiculous and pretty impossible, and there were charges that were not disclosed until checkout. The only decent part of the hotel was that it was within walking distance to Downtown Disney.

"Pretty Good!"
We had some issues with the carpet being wet, phones not working, and balcony doors getting jammed and not sliding very easily. They were understanding and gave us discount on our resort fees. I appreciated them do that but I was surprised I had to deal with so many issues since this was rated a 4 star hotel.

"5th stay here!"
My 5th stay here and it was kind of dissapointing. For the first time it wasnt a perfect stay. I dont know what happened but the rooms where not as clean as they use to and it felt like if the housekeeping personnel was not organized. There were carts full of dirty sheets and towels and trashbags in the hallways. I hope they get their act together because its a great hotel and its located in a privileged area. I'm going to give them another chance when I go back

"Never Again"
The room felt damp and I was over charged. 250 for 2 nights and then hit for another 123 dollars in charges WiFi blows and was charged twice for a one time to park the car 42 $ I will never stay there again 16 dollars for a crummy hamburger

"Nice & Convenient"
Nice, but hotel items such as late night snacks really inflated. Vacation or not w/ any family of 4 I could never justify the price. Hotel 1st iimpression, very nice. Would definitely, return due to the walking convenience to Downtown Disney, right across the street.

"Service Charge - Ugh!"

Great hotel for the price, great location for downtown Disney and Universal Studio. Not so friendly/polite staff at reception, they made a mistake while checking in but not a single apology after it took them 15-20 minutes to resolve the issue.

"Buena Vista Palace"
Stay was great. However, it was the girst hotel Ive stayed at that charges an additional $25 a day activitu fee. Erhaps its a Disney thing. The pools were not that nice, especially comparing it to the hotel we stayed in on Maui.

"Scenic and Conveniently located"
The hotel was very nice. We didn't get a chance to use a lot of the amenities, but the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location is conveniently central to all the major amusement parks and food establishments that any tourist (willing to spend) could want. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and wouldn't mind going again.

"Great view...finally."

"Thankfully just one night."
Only stayed one night which,was long enough,room was like an ice box and on a rainy Florida day made it feel as if you were in the North Pole,(even after altering thermostat) also opened doors,Thankfully there were 2 queen beds and I was able to fold bed covers to make a triple cover.The hotel was large and very expensive $2:50 for a small bottle of water.$4:00 for a regular coffee is very excessive by anyone standards.Valet parking was $21:00.Bathroom could have done with a good clean, corners were black and mould was apparent All in all we will not stay there again.Staff were pleasant enough.
