The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. It was not clear though how to get there since no information was provided at the time of reservation, and people at the airport information center sent us in the wrong direction. And yet there is an excellent complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. The area where the hotel is located has been abandoned since the government plans to expand the airport facilities; the houses are boarded up. It is a sad place, but it was a convenient stay for one night before the flight.

"Location!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
This hotel was just two short blocks from the Central Train station. We also thought the breakfast was great. Would highly recommend the hotel. The room was very spacious with living area and bedroom. Internet is available but keep in mind they charge for the access by the hour.
"A satisfactory stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
The location is in between the Centrale train station and the city center (the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele). The hotel is a 2-min walk from the Metro station. I saw many business people staying in this hotel. The room isn't big, but other than that everything is good. It's comfortable and clean, hotel staff is helpful, and breakfast has sufficient variety.
"Excellent location, comfy and clean hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
I love the location, the staff was extremely professional and courteous. My room was small but very well equipped, clean, quiet and comfy. I have been a loyal customer of the UNA Hotel chain throughout Italy for years.

This lakeshore town near the Swiss border has elegant parks and medieval buildings. It also has a busy industrial quarter based on silk manufacture, and is a fine place for shopping. A museum traces the history of Como’s textiles, which still supply the great fashion houses of Europe. Main sights are a handsome Gothic - Renaissance cathedral, and the Romanesque church of Sant’Abbondio, decorated with 14th-century frescoes.

This hotel is located in a ski resort only a few miles from Lake Geneva, however it is up in a mountain resort with a lot of windding roads and it takes a least 40 minutes to get to Lake Geneva. The owner was super friendly but I would not stay there again because all the points of interests are a good drive from there and returning late at night on […] a mountain road makes the drive very strenous.
