Very enjoyable. Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast good - wide choice from fresh fruit and vegetables to hot cooked meal. Good selection of bread and cakes and beverages. Good sized bedroom and bathroom fresh toiletries supplied daily as well as fresh good sized towels when requested. Reception staff very helpful and friendly excellent standard of spoken english. One word of warning garage height is limited to smaller cars but hotel does allow for a limited number of large cars to park at front of the hotel.

Really liked this hotel. Room very comfortable. Very close to metro (blue and red line so convenient for airport). The selection of food/drinks available at breakfast was great. Great to have wi-fi in room.

Comfortable hotel with good sized rooms. Cooked breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice of food. Access to the airport and central Lisbon is easy from the local metro station (S Sebastiao red line for airport and blue line for centre). Helpful service at reception to find various locations and the hotel staff provided a city map.

The hotel was in a good location, a little way away from a metro station (São Sebastião) which is on a couple of lines, and near to the Gulbenkian Institute and El Corte Inglés department store. In general the service was very good (though the cleaners a little over-eager, given all the things I left out were very neatly ordered by size when I got back in the afternoon!) I was a little disappointed by the cost of internet access though, particularly as the hotel's English-language website states that it's available for free. There were also a lot of tour buses in towards the end of the week, which made finding a seat for breakfast somewhat tricky, even getting down at about 7:15

A modern hotel in a good location, not downtown Lisbon but near a metro station. The problems we had were that the bed was so hard that we couldn't sleep in it and there were no foamies to add to soften the sleep, you could hear people clearly talking in the rooms next door, and (most frustrating of all), the free wireless internet in the room was unpredictable. It would work for awhile, then knock you out in the middle of a long email (which was lost), or let you in with the password one time but not the next two times, or not let you in at all. I spent a lot of time trying to get the internet to work. On the positive side, the staff at the hotel were very helpful and the breakfast was very good.

The room looks a little bit different then on pictures is smaller and I'd say not looking so good... I'd give him 3 stars max but in general good location and very friendly staff also food is good in it. If they put you on lover floors you can get some large noise from the street.

Not a bad hotel to stay. Safe area. Near to Metro as well. But disappointing as no hot water for 3 evenings in a row (may have been a temporary issue but not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel) The restaurant is not adequate for vegetarians at lunchtime or for an evening meal, but breakfast buffet was good. Staff were helpful and friendly at reception desk always willing to help. I would recommend the hotel if the hot water issue is resolved.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 days. Location was ideal. 2-3 minute walk from St. Sebastiano station and a direct train to the airport + downtown. We are vegetarians and found the breakfast sufficient. The most painful part of our stay was the air-conditioning. It was horrible and the hotel staff tried to fix it by changing the thermostat from 12 to 8 Deg C, at which point I realized neither the thermostat worked nor he knew what he was doing. On the positive side, we are glad we stayed in September and not in peak summer. Finding a decent restaurant close by was a struggle after 9.00pm.

Hotel was nice and clean, front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Well located close to airport and city Centre, metro 2 blocks Away. Breakfast was good, lots of variety, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, meat, breads, pastries and also a hot table with eggs and bacon. Free wifi was available but you had to ask at the front desk for the access code All in all a pleasant experience we would certainly come back.

I based my choice of hotel on existing reviews of the hotel, location and price. The reviews seemed reasonable, apparently not overpriced and although not in the heart of Lisbon, it seemed to be fairly easy to get around (on Google maps). Breakfast wasn't included in the price, but offered as a bolt-on for an extra 6 Euros per day; seemed reasonable enough and not loosing out on too much if it was terrible (at least you could have a tea/coffee, juice and some toast). The breakfast was surprisingly adequate with a wide selection of hot and cold food on offer. The room was nothing spectacular, but very very clean and well kept, which is the main thing; I'm on short break in a beautiful city, the room is for sleeping in, end-of. Beware the fridge! It's tiny and there's no room for anything other than the drinks the hotel have supplied. The location is spot on, 12 euros in a cab from the Airport (or 1.25 to Sao Sebastio Metro station had we known!). 15 minute cab ride, we opted for metro on the way home and that took about 20 minutes. Sao Sebastio station is literally around the corner from the hotel. 4 stops on 'Linha Azul' to Restauradores and you're right in the heart of Lisbon, so very accessible to the sights, but far away enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Lots of restaurants near the hotel or just hop on the Metro downtown. The staff weren't overly cheerful, but they were polite, helpful and spoke good English (as do a lot of the locals to be fair). Recommended!!

Pros:near metro Sation (Sao sebatiao -blue line connection to most importanta sights of the city);bedroom is cleaned every day, very good breakfast (can be better if they will try a little more),very attentive and ready to help receptionists (they we show you or look for what you need irrespective the time of the day);late check out without paying anything; one of the cheapest buffet dinner in town (16 eur/person serving cold starters,hot dish and cookies).5 minutes walking to El Corte Ingles shopping mall and supermarket , and 2-3 minutes to Gulbenkian Museum. Cons:internet costs 2,5Eur/hour but the main problem is not the cost but the PC and printer (I have stayed about 40 minutes to make the check in for the flight back ,and I was not able to print the boarding pass - helpfully the guy from the recption print it for me)

Da vi ankom til hotellet var vi trætte, og skulle vente to timer før værelset var klar. Men de var meget venlige og søde i receptionen, og opbevarede vores tasker uden omkostning. Værelset var lidt lille, og der manglede lås til safe-box. Men det var utroligt lækker, og vi sov fantastisk i deres seng. Restauranten har en fin buffet, og et utroligt effektivt personale. En tom tallerken lå ikke mere end 20 sek på bordet. Kvaliteten på maden var som resten af lissabon(ikke specielt fantastisk). I forhold til det andet hotel vi boede på, var det helt fantastisk, og kan varmt anbefales!

El hotel está genial y el desayuno muy bueno. El parking está bien porque nos pareció adecuado el precio, si bien es cierto que es complicado de aparcar dentro debido a las columnas, hay que maniobrar mucho, pero se agradece tener un parking en el mismo hotel. En el hotel se oyen pasar los aviones, se debería insonorizar mejor las habitaciones, nosotros llegabamos muy cansados y apenas lo notábamos pero hay que indicar que sí se oyen.

Hôtel très bien situé, métro à proximité avec toutes les destinations possibles. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Chambre confortable et fonctionnelle mais peu insonorisée (perception des bruits du couloir, réveil par le téléphone de la chambre à côté que le client n'a jamais décroché). Pour info, la télévision fonctionnait mais avec une réception d'image de très mauvaise qualité.

L'hotel ha fornito una eccellente colazione,il personale molto cortese con buona padronanza della lingua inglese.Camera ben pulita anche se sarebbe preferibile un pavimento in piastrelle o legno rispetto alla moquette presente.L'ubicazione dello stesso ci ha permesso di muoverci in totale libertà,anche in considerazione dei prezzi a buon mercato dei mezzi pubblici.Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della permanenza a Lisbona e del ristorante Laurentina consigliatoci dal personale dell'hotel e molto vicino allo stesso.

Nous avions réserver du 31 janvier au 7 février à notre arrivée la nuit du 31 n'était pas comprise nous avons dû règler la somme de 76 € pour la première, nous n avons pas trouver cela très logique sachant que le 31 janvier il fallait que l on dorme , nous avons garder la facture, je ne trouve pas normal d avoir ce désagrément en commençant les vacance

3 nachten in dit hotel doorgebracht. Nette kamer, niet overdreven luxe, maar erg belangrijk, zeer schoon. Zeer goede bedden, lang genoeg (ben zelf 1.91) en dat zie je niet vaak. Wel vliegen er vliegtuigen over, maar na een tijdje hoor je die niet meer. Vind zelf qua voorzieningen geen 4 sterren hotel, eerder 3. Pluspunten: Metrostation om de hoek, nette buurt, zeerg goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind im Umkreis von ca. 1 km bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen.Vom Flughafen nimmt man am besten die Metro ( rote Linie bis Haltestelle San Sebastiano), dann sind es noch etwa 100m bis zum Hotel.Günstige Restaurants in der Nähe,auch kleine Coffee Bars sind sehr günstig.Auch hier gilt die alte Regel: gehe dort hin,wo die Einheimischen hingehen. Das große Einkaufszentrum - EL CORTE Ingles sollte man einmal durchlaufen - mehr nicht; ist alles sehr teuer. Zu empfehlen auch eine Stadtrundfahrt mit den roten Bussen - Tickets sind 48 Stunden gültig und die Fahrt mit der Metro-Tagesfahrt kostet 6,50 €. Die Portugiesen sind alle sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. - Die Deutschen alle sehr mürrisch,unfreundlich,jammern das ganze Jahr nur herum und sind schlecht gelaunt. Warum nur? Weil es Ihnen immer noch zu gut gut geht und im Grund keine Probleme haben !!! Fazit: Lissabon ist eine Reise wert und sollte nicht die letzte gewesen sein.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e ci siamo trovati bene, il personale è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. L'albergo è poco fuori dal centro ma con la metropolitana linea rossa - fermata S. Sebastiao-, che è vicinissima all'albergo, si arriva in un attimo. La camera molto pulita, la colazione super varia ed abbondante (affettati, formaggio, verdura, salsicce, uova, funghi, pomodori, pane di vario tipo, marmellata, yogurt, brioches varie, succhi di frutta, the, caffè, cappuccino, frutta). Tra l'altro dall'aeroporto prendendo la metro linea rossa si arriva direttamente perchè S. Sebastiao è il capolinea.

Très proche du Museu Galouste Gulbenkian et à deux pas du métro Sao Sebastiao. Hôtel accueillant et confortable. Métro nécessaire pour rejoindre le centre historique.

Hotel très sympathique proche métro et personnel agréable. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y retourneront sans soucis. Seul petit hic cloisons de la chambre très fine et voisins très bruyant!!

Hôtel pratique pour visiter la ville. petit déjeuner buffet très bien avant de rejoindre le métro près de l'hôtel. chambre correct assez grande et une salle de bains avec baignoire et bidet assez spacieuse.

A estadia foi ótima. O piso em carpete penso que não agrada a nenhum hóspede. O que destoou foi que o quarto é oferecido como dispondo de uma série de itens e,entre eles, um cofre. Por ocasião do check-in fui informado que teria que fazer um depósito caução no valor de 25 euros e que o cofre teria um custo diário de 3,00 euros. Como argumentei, com firmeza, que havia pago por um quarto com um cofre, a atendente acabou cedendo, mas não me livrou de fazer o depósito caução, segundo ela para cobrir os custos, no caso de perda de chave. Vi nisto tudo uma atitude de má-fé. Cobra-se. Se o cliente silenciar, arca com a despesa, fora do combinado. É um comportamento que precisa ser resolvido Hotéis.com.

Service, Austattung, Lage des Hotels, Sauberkeit und Komfort lassen eigentlich nichts zu wünschen übrig. Dennoch haben wir uns im Hotel nicht wohl gefühlt, da eindeutig lärmende Reisegruppen die Atmosphäre des Hotels bestimmten. Dies begann im Eingangsbereich und wurde unerträglich beim Frühstück im Restaurant/ Speisesaal. Es war kaum möglich, einen freien Tisch zu ergattern; Tischmanieren und allgemeines Benehmen der Reisegruppen waren katastrophal. Unter diesen Bedingungen können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de 2 bouches de métro et à proximité de quelques restaurants sympas. 2 Jolis parc tout près également. Les chambres et le mobiliers sont un peu vétustes mais tout est très propres. Le personnel parle français. déjeuner correct sans vrai plus. Cet Hôtel équivaut à un petit 3 étoiles français. si possible demander le dernier etage donnant sur la cour intérieur, un vrai plus au niveau du calme.

L'hotel anche se non e' centralissimo e' situato in una posizione comoda vicino alla fermata della metropolita Sao Sabastiao da dove si raggiungono in poche fermate Bairro Alto (la zona dei divertimenti), il centro e l'aereoporto. L' hotel e' pulito e la colazione e' buona. Peccato per il personale della reception che non riesco a capire per quale motivo, non sorrida e non saluti i clienti (???). Sara' un loro modo di fare visto che anche in sala colazione non abbiamo mai ricevuto un "buongiorno" dai camerieri.
