      I liked it. When I wanted to check out, there was no one at the desk though, even though I rang the doorbell. So I just left the key on the counter. Traffic is a mess near the interstate, though. Breakfast was mediocre but the coffee was fine.

      bathroom was cold and it seemed to take forever for the water to get hot in both the sink and the shower..comp. breakfast was not too bad, just a bit cold for a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon and toast , but still tasty. all in all not too bad for the price.

      Hotel was very clean. Room was great with nice amount of space. Staff were very friendly. Located right next to mall with many choices for food. Free breakfast in the morning got us off on the right food for the day.

    We have stayed twice as an overnight while heading south. Good distance for our first leg of the drive and a nice hotel. Neighborhood is iffy, but worth the four mile drive off of 81.

    The location of the hotel was very questionable - there was parking within eye sight of the front desk which was comforting but I would be hesitant to park elsewhere. The hotel kept a nice appearance but I was not impressed with the room. The bathroom was not well cleaned and I was not impressed with the prefilled shampoo/lotion/body wash pumps in the […] bathroom (although the staff provided me with mini-bottles). The walls were thin aswell. The staff was very nice however, and the breakfast was just a normal continental selection. I got a decent deal $60 and likely wouldn't pay a penny more. Read more

    Hotel is in a convient location however its very out dated. Everything should be renovated. Interior appears to be stuck in the mid 80's. The tv's are very old tuve type tvs. I would never stay here again.

    This Best Western is located 2.5 miles off the highway, so we had a bit of a problem finding it. Hagerstown, however, is a pre-Civil War city, and this hotel must have been a highlight at one time. Today it is well-run (we had an outstanding desk clerk who steered us out of the fast food surroundings to the excellent Bulls and Bears for a great meal), […] and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We'd stay there overnight again. The problem with Best Western is that the hotels are franchised and the quality varies radically.     The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good. The exercise machines were out of service but the treadmill workded fine. Overall I was very satisfied.

    We stayed here for the night. Great location! Right off the highway and close by to food establishments (Burger King, Papa Johns, Ceasar's Pizza). The complimentary breakfast is good, room was fine, staff was friendly.

    All in all the hotel is good, i found the room to be too dry when the heat is on so that doesn't help to get a good night sleep, Toliet seats are very small, Ok for kids but for grownups its a bit tight, the room i had was close to some room that had systems knocking on and off all night

    Read the reviews prior to booking this hotel and was a little worried at first. You past thru a downtown area prior to the hotel and the area does look sketchy at best.     This hotel was probably a very nice establishment about 25 years ago. It's extremely outdated and would greatly benefit from a complete overhaul. The toilet in our room was broken - I fixed it once - and it broke again. I just think that when you pay money to stay somewhere the day to day upkeep should be primary - not secondary. Due to traffic etc […] I arrived late - about 9 pm. I was hungry, but there was nowhere on the hotel grounds to get anything to eat, unless you count a vending machine.
