Siena isn't that big, so any hotel near the old city is really fine in terms of location. We just did a quick one-day sidetrip from Florence, so the convenience of this hotel to the main bus terminal was great. Room was more than adequate.

What a wonderful location close to La Porta Romana! We used the hotel parking for 10€ per night, and walked into town. The evening concierge was extremely helpful with getting us situated, AND thoughtful. We chose to bring back dinner to eat in our rooms, so he set us up in the breakfast room instead. It was like having a great little evening to ourselves in a wonderfully decorated restaurant. We had a loft room, so our two kids LOVED it. We have been through Siena many times, but we always stay near Florence. Not anymore!!! If you have kids, it would be alright to stay here, as the rooms were quiet and the entire staff was on point.

Loved the Villa during a Siena / Tuscany agriturismo stay. Walking distance to a supermarket. Has Enoteca on site! It is not a hotel, but a apartment hotel Loved it. Service impeccable, help with info on tours, bus schedules etc... Close to Siena, but preferably to cab since it's uphill.

We traveled to Italy during the winter months, and while this place was a cute little B&B, the heat had not been turned on prior to our arrival and it did really not adequately warm up overnight. The breakfast the next morning was lovely, the views were beautiful. I could see this being a really great place to stay as long as it is during warm weather. Communication is also very difficult if you do not speak Italian.

The exterior could be made better by simply replacing the worn out flags and by power-washing the stucco balconies. The room was a decent size with new, modern furniture and everything was tasteful, very clean and in good repair. Breakfast is a standard European buffet in a large, sterile room: salami, cheese, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, (unripe) fruit […] selection, coffee/chocolate/espresso machine, hard rolls, toast, nutella, jam, and chocolate croissants which were warm and a nice treat. Wi-fi is available in your room for a considerable fee. We found difficulty getting around on the bus system despite being told which lines to take. Specifics such as schedules, stops, and where to pick up would have been helpful. The buses get crowded as well, so location is not as convenient. The neighborhood is like a contemporary suburb so don't expect to get a sense of Siena's history here. The best part of the hotel were the fliers for a wine tasting tour, placed in the lobby. We went on one and enjoyed ourselves greatly. The level of comfort was not quite what we had hoped for. The bed was the hardest I have experienced after staying at 6 different Italian hotels, and the shower spray came out like needles. Nevertheless it was acceptable enough that we chose to stay there two more nights for simplicity. The man at the reception desk agreed to let us stay a second night (for a much higher rate than what we got at hotels.com) but said he was totally booked the third night. We looked for availability on the hotels.com website and found Hotel Executive did indeed have rooms despite what the man claimed, and for a better price! Sensing the man was uninformed, we made a reservation for the third night online. When the third day arrived we presented the confirmation number and asked if we could just stay in our same room. Hotel is about a mile outside of town, but a 7 minute bus ride into the middle of Siena, which is basically a maze of tiny streets with midevil castles and structures everywhere. We were in Siena for il palio and for the price, Hotel Executive was a steal! Very clean rooms, helpful staff and proximity to center of town, specifically piazza del campo […] was tremendous. If you are just in Siena not during the palio, you can probably find a hotel closer to town for a good price. If you are in town for the palio, know that the streets of Siena are alive all night, the night before and after the race, which made Hotel Executive even more desireable since it's outside of town - we partied until 1-2am, but did want to get a little sleep before and after the race. Une qualité convenable, mais un peu loin du centre-ville qui reste à une trentaine de minutes de bus (l'accès à Sienne reste très règlementé)

Free parking. Outside the centrum but you can still catch it easy by bus or even walking. In Siena has limited driving anyway in the centrum. Clean rooms, helpful and kindly service. Good breakfast with lot of choices.

Albergo un pò fuori rispetto alle mura di siena, ma molto comodo con i mezzi raggiungere la città. Personale molto disponibile e sempre pronto a dare indicazioni e consigli su itinerari e altro. Camere non molto grandi ma sempre pulite e ordinate. Colazione soddisfacente. Ottimo hotel, recente, pulito, personale accogliente, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, parcheggio interno, ottima colazione.... cosa si può chiedere di più. Sicuramente ci rivedremo per il prossimo soggiorno a Siena.

Nel complesso ottimo, unica delusione il pacchetto SKY contemplava solo canali a pagamento, mi sarei aspettato che veniva fornito quanto meno il pacchetto cinema dello stesso (stiamo parlando di un albergo 4 stelle). the hotel is quite good except the location. you should take a bus to city center or train station, and the last bus is 8:20pm！also the cooling machine out of the hotel is quite noisey.

Es ist besser, wenn das Hotel kein Frühstück anbietet. Das angebotene dürftige Frühstück in einem kellerartigen Raum verdient den Namen nicht. Es funktionieren nicht einmal einfache Sachen wie Kaffee oder Tee.

Hotellet var ganske fint, og dele af inventaret forekommer karakteristisk italiensk - såsom lounge-afdelingen ved indgangen, den (meget) lille bar og den svungne receptionsdesk i beige læder. Hotellet bar dog præg af at være af ældre dato, hvor der særligt på gangarealer og deslige kun var sporadisk istandsat. Kælderen, hvor morgenmaden blev serveret, […] var meget trist og uden nogen form for dagslys. Der var ingen faciliteter på hotellet eller i nær tilknytning. Dog fandtes der nogle meget fine tennisbaner indenfor en radius af 2-3 km fra hotellet. Værelset var meget divergerende. Sengeareal og opholdsrummet som helhed var ganske flot og fint - enkelt og stilrigt. Toilet og bad var meget gammelt - og bruseren brusede alt for lidt vand ud (hvis man valgte varm temperatur), hvilket gjorde det besværligt at vaske sæbe og shampoo ordentlig af kroppen. Skabspladsen var af passende størrelse, men det var alt for lidt bøjler stillet til rådighed til tøjet, skønt det var varierende udseende bøjler og alle af plastik. Ift. italienske standarder vil jeg nok efter mit ophold vurderer hotellet til en 3-4 stjerner. Men sammenligner jeg med danske hoteller og stjerneangivelser, da kan hotellet få 2-3 stjerne – hvilket kan sammenlignes med CabInn i Danmark; blot hvor værelset er lidt større samt at bad og toilet er meget større og ”adskilte”. Jeg havde oprindeligt booket på NH Excelsior, men de havde overbooket, selvom jeg havde betalt på forhånd! NH Excelsior fandt iflg. lovgivningen et andet hotel til mig – til væsentlig billigere pris og med væsentlig dårligere standard – hvilket jeg afslog at tage imod, og stod så midt i Siena uden et sted at bo. Hotels.com var dog meget hjælpsomme med at finde et hotel. Jeg vil dog på det kraftigste fraråde at booke på NH Excelsior (men dog godt Hotel Excecutive…), idet manageren og receptionspersonalet var meget arrogante, og det føltes som om, at problemet med overbookningen faktisk var mit problem. Molto accogliente e pulito, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Comodissima la fermata degli autobus proprio davanti l'ingresso dell'albergo da cui è facile raggiungere il centro e la stazione ferroviaria.
