"Very Good Hotel"

Easy check in, very courteous staff, the breakfast was outstanding, very good, and lots of it. We had a late checkout with out any problems.

"A busy night forgetting customer"

The hotel we stayed at has the potiental to be much better. The room smelled musty and the carpet was wet in spots. It looked like a mess was made by the last group in the room and there was no effective cleanup of traces of them. Suggestions: Always check hide away sofas. There was food crumbs all over the bed. It would be nice if someone had put sheets on the sofa also. We had to go to the office and get bed items that were not in the room. The breakfast needs to be open 1 hour earlier than 7:00 am. Most people on trips tend to leave earlier and need time to have breakfast ready.
