The hotel and staff are wonderful and we will definitely stay there on our next visit to Barcelona! The room was very clean and neat and the daily maid service was exceptional. The front desk staff was very professional and courteous. Wi-Fi in the room was excellent. Walking out of the hotel and looking up at the Cathederal every morning was surreal. Beautiful hotel and wonderful location!

The hotel was clean and neat, the staff very helpful, and the bathroom was great. We also found the price fair and reasonable. The view out of the back of the hotel was not the best- apartment back porches and dirty laundry, so keep the curtains closed.

Stayed for a five night family vacation. Our room for three was very nice with a king bed and sofa bed. Efficiency kitchen with dishes and silverware and cookware. Compact refrigerator. Very well located in Eixample neighborhood one block from metro station. Easy walk to many restaurants and the Passieg Gracia or upper part of the Rambla Cataluna. However the BEST was the service of the front desk. Whatever the request they were ceaseless in their efforts to please and accommodate. Information, directions, recommendations for eating and transportation, ticketing. The staff could not do enough for us. This is service that is rare to find in the amenities industry: a true personal touch. My family can heartily recommend the Acacia Suites for a Barcelona vacation. The only negative for some is that it is not located directly on Plaza Cataluna or the Rambla but if you want a quieter neighborhood, with a local feel it is a very nice place.

What this hotel lacks in amenities and comfort, it makes up for in location. Handy to taxis, buses, train station and tourist sites.

Its the worst place to stay ever, dirty rooms, can hear EVERYTHING from neighbor rooms, very small.

Personalet var meget flinke. Kloaksystemet var brudt sammen på gaden hvor hotellet lå, hvilket gav lidt lugtgener. Hotellet ligger meget tæt på togstation og metro så det var nemt at komme til og fra lufthavn. Vi bor der gerne næste gang vi vælger Barcelona.

Billigt alternativ som ligger nära både centrum, hamnen och klubbarna där. Enkla rum som funkar bra, verkligen ingen lyx men ska man bara sova där, så helt okej. Saknar tyvärr WiFi. Det enda jag var besviken på var att duschen hade väldigt lågt tryck samt svårt att ställa in temperaturen (bodde dock högt upp, våning 6).

Чудовищная звукоизоляция, персонал радушный но все делает только по просьбам хотя и быстро. Отель удобен на 2-3 ночи больше его не советую

Perfekt hotel til billige penge, hvis du kun skal være der og overnatte, da værelserne ikke er ret store. Spørg efter det du evt. mangler/ønsker, og de ordner det straks!

hotel pessimo, appena si entra c'è una strana puzza, poi è tutto molto disordinato e squallido, la stanza molto rumorosa e piena di polvere, bagno piccolissimo, hole con dei divanetti anch'essi pieni di polvere e sporchi.

Difficile de décrire cet hôtel car dès notre arrivée nous avons été dirigé pour une raison inconnue vers l’hôtel Suizo du même groupe se situant au niveau du métro Jaume 1. Arrivés par nos propres moyens (à pied), la réception de l’hôtel Suizo nous apprend notre transfert dans un appartement du groupe Gargallo à 50 mètres de l’hôtel. Appartement propre, […] mais climatisation en panne, donnant sur une place bruyante. Climatiseur réparé sommairement l'avant dernier jour de notre séjour. Pas de téléphone, aucun service. Ok lille hotel der matchede vores behov for et bad og en god seng at sove i, og bestemt også til en rimelig pris. Hotellet ligger tæt på stranden, havneområdet, og det gamle kvarter. Stort set ingen trafikstøj. Så er man til Barcalona på gåben, er dette hotel stedet hvor man kan gå til det meste, og efterfølgende komme hjem til hotellet og få en god […] nats søvn. Veldig enkelt hotell med fin beliggenhet nær gamlebyen, stranda og havna. Rolig område til å være midt i byen.

Overall very recommendable, under following conditions: - Rooms are very small with little storage space - Finishing of the rooms is poor (wall plastering, furniture, wall power outlets) - Our double bed had a very worn out mattress, but after mentioning it to the receptionist, it was replaced immediately. For our 5-night stay this was all acceptable, […] especially considering the pros: + Very cheap + Air-conditioning + Personal safe inside the room + Top location, 5 minutes walking from metro, exactly in between Picasso museum and beach side (both 10 minutes walking), quiet road + Clean: Room was cleaned every day, hygienic personal bathroom with good shower and plenty of soap/shampoo and fresh towels + 24 hours reception + elevator + Friendly and helpful staff For us (couple, 25-30 yrs) it was a perfect place to stay for very little money, and we would not doubt to to book this hotel again.
