My new bride and I had a pleasant stay here. The condo we had was awesome and the tub is huge. When we come back to the Smokies, we will be staying here. The rooms are costly but hey we are on vacation. great place to stay.

The breakfast was nothing more then cereal, oatmeal packets, and little muffins. So plan on paying for breakfast. My room had a iron shaped burn mark on the carpet. The bed was pretty comfortable. We had a great trip, but it is true...you get what you pay for. The outside looks updated, but when you enter the carpets are stained, the room is small, the bed had a throw on it that was light green but had what appeared to be a red nail polish stain on it, the tv had smears on it, the curtains appeared to be from the 70's. There were no sample shampoos, […] etc. We were in the non-smoking section, but the entire building smelt of cigarette smoke. The rooms are too small. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which had a sofa bed in the 2nd room. The connecting doors took up so much of space when left open. With the sofa bed open it was hard to move around the room. You could feel all the springs poking into you in the sofa bed. Would not stay here again. It was convenient to have 2 bathrooms.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and are overall happy with the location and price. It is within walking distance to all in Gatlinburg on the strip. The only complaint I have is that breakfast is only 6am to 9am and has such a small selection. The coffee and juice aren't even in the same room as the food.

Nice little hotel. Quiet since it is not on the main drag. A 2 min. Walk to the parkway light #8, where it is at the center. Will stay there again. The room is small but enough for 2 people. It has a small ref. but no microwave in room.

When we go to Gatlilnburg we normally stay in a cabin because we were there for a longer period. This time we were just staying overnite and decided to make things a little similar and go with a hotel close to the main road. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although it was not a cabin in the mountains, it was a good choice for a quick overnite stay. […] The room was clean and comfortable, although it was a little small. This hotel smelled like a dirty sock as well as not being clean at all. We felt dirty the entire time we were other. We had hair on the sheets of the bed and the walls are very thin so we heard everything around us.

Good value for the price. Like most things - you get what you pay for. The location is very good if you like the "touristy" stuff in downtown Gatlinburg. Its a very short walk. The continental breakfast is very poor. Honestly, plan on eating somewhere. 2 Cereals and a few bagels. The room was relatively clean and the bath was good.

We stayed here during spring break and easter weekend. The hotel is in a great loction. You can walk to anything from there. The staff were very friendly.They kept the room clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel was incredible! It was easily within walking distance of all of the major Gatlinburg shops. There were only 2 extremely small downsides. The quality and friendliness of hotel staff was excellent. The rooms were very clean and well organized. The price was amazing, especially for the location.... You are probably asking why I am giving a 1/5 rating. It is because the walls are paper thin to such a point that it is impossible to sleep.
