The hotel was reasonably priced, fairly convenient and fairly clean. The less desirable parts included- rooms all around ours were being recarpeted during our stay.. Often the hallway was hard to walk through with furniture and beds from nearby rooms emptied to be recarpeted. THe noise for this was a bit of an issue. Thankfully they didn't start too […] early in the morning! Also, the temperature controls for our heating/ac unit did not work properly. COuld never get a/c to work - or the fan to run with any consistency. And, the mcirowave in our kitchenette did not work. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Overall it was a basic stay. We paid for a room and we slept there. Beyond that there was nothing special about this hotel. We were not impressed with the smell in our room, the ridiculously small breakfast area, lack of a printer at the computer alcove, and the lack of general cleanliness in the hotel. This hotel was clean, friendly, and extremely accomodating at a fantastic price!! I was worried I was going to be late checking out but the staff allowed me one more hour w/o a charge!! My only concern was the parking was very cramped. But other than that, this place was awesome!!

We stayed 9 days at the Comfort Inn on Aurora in Seattle to visit family. While the suite was very roomy and clean, the hot water would run out in the middle of the shower! We told the hotel at the beginning of our stay but it continued to be a problem when too many guests took showers around the same time. The other annoying problem was that the key […] card would not work and we would have to return to the front desk to obtain another card. They said they were having problems with their card machine. While I was ultimately pleased with our experience here, I was a little disappointed when we first arrived. I booked 2 rooms online, 1 double queen standard room and one double queen "suite," only to find that the only difference between the two rooms was a small 3/4 dividing wall between the couch and one of the beds. The picture of a suite shows a […] separate bedroom, but apparently that is a different room. Seven of us spent the night on Christmas Eve and I specifically wanted a suite to be able to spread out, eat, and open gifts. Fortunately my kids were flexible and didn't mind sprawling out on the beds. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable. The staff was very courteous and attentive, especially in the breakfast room. The hotel condition, included breakfast and rooms make this the best choice in the neighborhood. Other hotels in this area are scary and this is a safe place to camp out. Not a luxury hotel by any stretch of the imagination, but like I said, clean, comfortable and better than others in this neighborhood.

The room was huge and includes a complete kitchen with range, full-size refrigerator, and microwave. Also includes were dishes and silverware. The hideabed was VERY uncomfortable since the mattress is a combo box spring and mattress and the underlying frame way too soft. They have about 20 spaces in a garage on the first floor, but you need a compact car to fit in the tiny spaces. Outside are normal parking spots but there are a limited number of them. The hotel is one of the cheapest around, as such the beds are just ok, pillows just ok, and room overall is what you expect from a Quality in. The breakfast included is a bonus, and decent, it could use more fruit and options outside of carbs. Make sure you ask for the internet access at the front desk, I did not and had trouble logging in.
