"First Time Stay In Days Inn"
The location is great. The front check in desk area and personnel are great. However, the room falls so far short of expectations. The chair at the desk was wobbly and had stains on the seat of it. The bathroom sink faucet sprayed water and was hard to use. One of the box springs had blood and/or wine stains on it. The linens had stains on them. The […] towels had stains on them. "Good experience."
On our way from LA to IN, stopped here for one over night stay. We stayed here before. The breakfast bar was well stocked and clean. We arrived quite early, prior to standard check-in and were checked in immediately. Good customer response to that as we had already traveled almost 500 miles. "Overnight in Osceola"
This is one of the finest Days Inn that I have ever visited. The condition of the hotel is very good and the owner is improving those areas that are not already excellent. Breakfast was ok, not great, but better than average. Nice size room brand new carpeting, some minor problem with the cold water handle in the bath. We will definitely stay here again. "You get what you pay for."
This motel (access to rooms is from outside) had a better than 2.5/5 rating when we booked it. Not sure how but I was very disappointed. The mattresses were very old and dirty from what I could see. I was afraid to look under the sheets any further as I do not like to be disgusted. The mattresses were also quite uneven (or sagged). The sink counter […] was torn from the backsplash in areas. Also, the floor had many "soft" spots in it giving the feeling you could actually put your foot through it if you were to jump on it. The furnishings were quite old and all were smudged or streaked with some sort of dirt/filth. The walls and electric switch/outlet plates, telephone, alarm clock, etc were all relatively dirty too. The television was quite dated with a somewhat snowy picture although I really did not care much about this as we just slept and left. When we arrived the room temperature (on the second, top most floor) was very warm. It took several hours for the A/C to cool it off. At least the A/C was quiet. Overall, this hotel was very nice. I traveled with my dog and there were good opportunities to walk her around the property, the room (King Suite) was very spacious, and breakfast was good. "Dissapointed Noblin's"
This hotel is suffering from neglect! There were 3 couples in our party. All the sinks in our rooms had minimal water output. You can barely fit your hands under the faucet. One of the rooms had 3 light bulbs out---had to get those replaced to be able to work. Kept losing TV signal--aggravating. Worst of all---there were mouse pellets in one of the […] beds. The desk said they had no one that could change the sheets and we had to walk up to the office to get clean sheets ourselves. When dirty sheets were removed, there was mouse pellets on the mattress---this was nasty! I will never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone else. "Worst hotel stay in a while"
It was a smoking room with no ashtrays. There was not a phone book. There were nasty stains on everything. They advertise having hbo and wi-fi but there is no hbo and their idea of wi-fi is dial-up. "Wait till after tornado season is over to go back"

"Bad heating"
