Building should have some heat on.. it was cold everywhere all the time, heater in room had two settings, really cold or really hot.

The only thing I didn't like about the experience was the matress was quite worn and had very rigid and sharp edges. The room size, and staff, cleanliness, amenities (microwave, fridge, large LCD TV) were all awesome.

This is the first time we stayed in a Ramada Inn and was dissatisfied. The room smelled musty and the bathroom tiles were very moldy. The toilet didn't flush every time. The bed was unconfortable. The airconditioner was very loud and had to be turned off at night in order to get some sleep. The hot tub and jacuzzi were used as a storage room. The cleaning […] people didn't empty the trash every day. We didn't get a replacement of cups and coffee and had to go to the front desk to get them. We also only had 2 towels in the room to use each day. I usually like to have 3 or 4 so I can put my hair in one and dry off with the other. There was no space in the room to have breakfast in the morning. Luckily we were visiting family and stayed with them during the day and just had to sleep there at night. It was also very hard to get in and out of the parking lot each day because of the traffic. When we were ready to leave, we went down to the lobby to get a luggage cart, but the staff was using them to put there cleaning supplies on!!!!! This hotel really needs a total make over!!! The hotel is too far from downtown, and the building is very outdated. The neighborhood was not the best but luckily the city bus runs by the hotel and takes you to downtown for $ 2.50/person. The room was clean and roomy, and the staff very nice.

The Hotel is good for center location . It is closed with the attraction. The room is not cool enought to feel comfortable to sleep. It does not have the air control in the unit. Also the water does not drain well ,the water to flush the toilet is also problem.

I stayed here for it's proximity to my business associate. Looks dumpy on the outside but the room was very clean and the bathroom was recently remodeled. Good sushi bar right down the street. Overall a good value and friendly service.

Besides the scary looking crack head woman whom we encountered on the elevator and bad wifi connection it's an ok place to stay. Decent location albeit not far from skid row to the west. Our room had an odor as well as the hallway. The room was stuffy as well we ran the air conditioner even though it was cooler outside to get some air moving. The Motel is older than the pictures showed and in need of repair to wall paper and general overall maintenance. Very few choices for dining close to the motel if you do not have a vehicle. It was the friendly and caring staff that made our stay especially nice. The manager (Ali) was superb! The housekeeper was also very helpful as well. Ali even brought in a jar of honey for the breakfast room when I asked if there was any. He went above and beyond; again, the entire staff was friendly and supportive-they are to be commended!

We stayed here for one night to attend a Sounders vs. Whitecaps soccer match. The hotel is about one block away from the (now former) Whitecaps field so it was a great location for us in terms of proximity to the venue. The hotel is clean but outdated. Our room was standard size with a comfortable bed and good pillows. It was EXTREMELY muggy and humid […] during our stay (which, for most people from the PNW, it's something we're just not used to and we all look and act miserable) so the first thing I did getting into the room was turn the AC on and when we came back to the room a little later it felt AMAZING - AC and heat work well! The bathroom is standard, hot water works well and you get the standard toiletries. Service wise, we called the front desk a couple times on Saturday night to ask for a wake-up call and nobody answered the phone....so we set an alarm on the bedside clock, which ended up not working (operator error? I'm not sure), Location wise, there are a couple of restaurants/bars within a few blocks walking distance ( though slightly uphill), a gas station/mini mart a block away and the PNE is just a couple blocks away as well. We also walked to the Hastings Horse racing track for some dinner and drinks which is not too far. Overall, it's a mostly clean, economic hotel to stay at in Vancouver. If you are looking for something "downtown" this is not the place unless you want to pay for a cab. We did not use the hot tub. Read more

The staff at the Ramada Exhibition Park hotel were so helpful, service was great. The hotel isn't new, but the room was really big with a big ensuite and very clean, fridge and microwave included. Upon first seeing the room all looked nice, nice bedding. Then in the bathroom I discovered 2 silverfish, the toilet barely flushed and when you had a shower you had water over your ankles, then took forever to drain. Overall we where not impressed.

I love this hotel because it is so close to the Pacific National Exhibition (about a 5 minute walk!) and it has these great rooms with two queens that are seperated by the washroom and have two TVs..which is perfect for families of teens!! I come back every year to this location for my annual PNE trip with my family.
