You cannot stay closeer to the airport. You walk from the Hotel elevator across to the the departure gates. Staff was very helpful with directions on using the train to get into the city.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. Good location for shopping as well as for lovers of art. All major fashion brands are represented in the neighbourhood. The hotel appeared old from the outside but it is sparkling clean inside.

We liked the hotel and would stay there again. Staff was accommodating and helpful during our stay. Hotel and rooms were clean. Rooms were spacious. The room options are confusing. We reserved 3 standard rooms, one of them had a kitchen for the same price but no silverware/china/pots. We did not spend Euro 15 for breakfast there. A butcher and baker are in walking distance and serve breakfast there too. Several restaurants nearby. Commuter rail to Duesseldorf not too far away.

The hotel has rooms in several buildings in the area. That means that you will not necesseraly get a room at the building with the reception an breakfast rest/café. The room we got was surprisingly big. Dont expect 5 star room, but with the great location I would stay at this hotel again.

Standard Ibis. Close to the station which is easy for Dusseldorf airport. Limited parking but I did get a splitter van parked eventually in the hotel spaces or else plenty of street parking. There's a good bit of noise from the train station all night unfortunately.

Mina rum som jag har haft på detta hotell är ok, så länge du inte behöver ha en internet uppkoppling, den är så fruktansvärt långsam och dyr, det gör att man blir fruktansvärt irriterad.

Il fatto che non ci sia una connessione internet inclusa nel prezzo che di questi tempi trovo assurdo per un Hotel di cui è dotato di connessione WIFI...Sopratutto mi è stato detto dal personale […] che se avessi pagato 10 euro extra per la colazione mi avrebbero fornito internet....Una cosa davvero inaccettabile... Die ganze Nachte würde im Raum über mich mit einigen Personen gefeiert. Das war laut 1 Uhr bis 4 Uhr morgens und hat den Schlaf unterbrochen bzw. verhindert. Das Personal hat nichts unternommen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Zimmer sind zwar ziemlich klein, aber es ist alles, was man brauchen kann vorrätig. Die Lage ist für Bahnreisende optimal. Obwohl das Hotel direkt am Bahnhof liegt, war das Zimmer bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Für ein zwei Sterne Hotel bietet es sehr viel Komfort, mit dem wir eigentlich nicht gerechnet hatten.
