This was a great hotel. Our room was for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids had a loft upstairs with twin beds, a tv and desk. There was plenty of room for all of us. The breakfast was good - typical European breakfast - hard boiled eggs, breads, meats and Cheeses, yogurt and toppings for the yogurt. It was about a 15 minute drive to Valkenburg. There was not a whole lot right around the hotel in walking distance, but several villages around it with plenty of places to eat etc.

I stayed here recently for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a great location: a few minutes (if that) from the train station and about a 10 minute walk from the city center. Note that the hotel does not have reception in the actual building. You have to go to the hotel across the street to check in and get your key. The people working at the hotel were very friendly. Upon check-in I was asked if this was my first time staying at the hotel (it was) and then he introduced himself and shook my hand. I thought that was a nice personal touch. The room itself was exactly as advertised. It had a very nice modern feel to it, but at the same time it didn't seem like aesthetic came at the expense of practicality. The bed was very comfortable, and the mood lighting was a nice touch (although some of the lights seemed to be broken, but it didn't really matter to me). The bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure. I did not have the breakfast because I thought that it was too expensive, so I can't comment on that. I have no complaints. The location is great and the price is right. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Maastricht.

I have stayed here multiple times when in town to work at the azM. Nice to be close to train if you are toting bags or boxes. Close enough to everything in the center for walking, sightseeing, restaurants, etc. Enjoyed the restaurant Unami which just opened down the block.

We've stayed here twice and have been very satisfied. It's VERY clean, has a friendly staff, offers a really WONDERFUL breakfast buffet and all day snack service. There is a hairdryer & body wash in the bathroom but, you need to bring your own shampoo. We'd gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aachen.

An Ibis hotel, so you know exactly what you are getting, clean, functional, perfectly comfortable, if rather bland. An extra €10 for breakfast was not good value. Only a couple of minutes from the station, which was fine as I was arriving late and glad to get there quickly. Ten minutes walk from the prettier area of the city centre, which was fine.

Das Personal und die Zugewandheit zum Gast waren gut. Einchecken hat sich verzögert, angeblich wegen eines "abgestürzten PC- Servers" - mir wäre die Wahrheit lieber gewesen, da es nichts geändert hätte. Das Zweibettzimmer (wie gebucht) war ein Doppelbettzimmer und die Klimaanlage war eine Attrappe.

４階だったので窓からの眺めも良く、綺麗な部屋でした。朝食も美味しかったです。ただ、欧州一般にですが、スリッパやバスローブ、ハブラシ、ポットは無いので気を付けて下さい。

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist bei diesem Hotel ok. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite hin sind allerdings relativ laut, so dass man schlecht bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Auch innerhalb des Hotels war nachts relativ viel Lärm zu hören, der m.E. nicht nur von anderen Hotelgästen herrührte. 駅からはとても近くて、どこかの途中に立ち寄るために泊まるにはいい条件だと思います。ただ、アーヘンの町自体が、中心は駅からは１５分ほど離れているために、町の中心にあるわけではありません。ただ、アーヘンはそれほど見るべきものが多い町ではないので、町の中心に宿を取るより、駅に近い方が何かと便利かもしれません。なお、今回12月25,26日に宿泊したのですが、両日とも町の店はほとんど閉まっていて、開いていたのは駅の中の店だけでした。そういう意味でも駅の近くでよかったです。

Tenía muchas ganas de probar el hotel y siempre que habíamos visitado Aachen estuvo completo. La impresión ha sido de decepción: nos dieron una habitación de fumadores cuando no la habíamos pedido, los pasillos del hotel necesitan una renovación urgente,... El personal, sin embargo, es amable.

Wir waren v.a. vom Komfort der Zimmer sehr angetan. Die Betten waren sehr gut und frisch bezogen und auch das Bad war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Zudem waren die Zimmer nicht so klein wie schon in anderen Ibis-Hotels erlebt. Auch das übrige Hotel - Frühstücksraum etc. - wirkte sehr gepflegt und gut gemanagt.

- bien situé, entre la Gare centrale et le Dom, à faire à pied - très bons services, même à l'accueil, notre hôtesse ne parlant pas le français, tout s'est passé avec le sourire et sans difficulté... - à recommander pour une petite escapade culturelle, lorsque la restauration du site Charlemagne sera achevé !
