I will never again stay in this hotel and in fact have committed that I will never do Protea Hotels ever again. Dirty rooms, poor staff and general pathetic experience. Almost ruined my holiday. Never ever again.

The shower head did not work, the air conditioning was only capable of making noise, not cold air. They advertised 100meg free Internet usage but on enquiry, we were told their vouchers are out of date and do not work. They had no bar and the vending machine was empty so take your own refreshment if you do brave it.
