We were tired after driving for 7 hours but only making it to Modesto from LA. That sunday afternoon traffic out of town totally messed up our travel timeline, so this was as far as we could go, so for that I was thankful. There were some serious carpet stains going on in our room though. So bad, that I would recommend they tile the floors instead to help with their cleanliness image. After booking this with hotels.com we were under the impression that this was a multi room with a kitchen. The room we got was just a standard 2- queen bed room. Very small, and not well maintained, the coffee pot was gross, and not to mention there was a blood stain on the sheet! I will not be staying here again!

Despite rain and wet the lobby floor was spotless. Even though my check in was very late evening they still provided a daily newspaper. The free lobby coffee was hot fresh and delicious. My room was just what I needed...very comfortable with a nice sized fridge. I like the AC/heating unit being one I can control. I was quite surprised upon arriving in a positive way as to the cleanness of the entire Hotel. There was also No Traffic coming in and out of the Hotel as well as No Rift-Raft hanging out. Our stay was well enjoyable and relaxing thanks to them.

Micro means tiny! The rooms are very small. No room for even a chair. Walls are paper thin and the place was noisy. I requested a room as far from the Freeway as possible. Have stayed here before for my trips from Oregon to So. Calif.. Seems as if they are updating the rooms everytime. Staff id always friendly and very helpful. Hot breakfast is a great way to get started in the morning. Only down side, and just for the ladies, their towels are sort of on the thin side. Guys you won't care!

Overall we had a good stay here.It's a very convenient location for our work. the only issue I had was that the carpet was pretty nasty...need a deep deep cleaning or just flat out replaced. The employees were helpful and friendly.
